WOW never been in one of these chain of restaurants & this visit will not be the last wished we'd of had more time to of sat down & eaten but had a plane to catch. Everything was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Staff was warm and friendly, prompt and perfect in every way. Food offerings were amazing and what showed up on the table even better! Only thing missing for this pumpkin season was….pumpkin syrup for the pancakes. Would you invent this condiment
Decent food (if a little microwaved) but it offers decent value and friendly service. Known for their bakery, their pies are decent too.
The staff here are very friendly, especially our waitress. I felt very cramped in the restaurant. The food was OK, nothing to write home about.
Visited this Perkins restaurant and bakery twice during our stay in a nearby resort. The hostess was exceptional. Ok, Be it far from me to tell anyone what to do, but do you realize for under 17 dollars Perkins will sell you a whole Bakery PIE, and to make matters even better, Doordash will deliver it right to you, addl. fees/tip required. If you are looking for a fairly priced breakfast right outside of Disney, you should consider Perkins. It’s not fancy, but like I said, it’s a fairly priced meal compared to eating breakfast in the parks if you want to save a few bucks.

So good. Had the garlic seasoned salmon, fries and asparagus. Everything cooked perfectly and as pretty as the menu photo. Coffee was great, waiter was so nice. Place is very clean, manager was great. Definitely coming here again.
After we ordered we waited 45mins to get our food which wasn't bad except I was hungry. The waitress was really nice.

Great customer service was greeted by staff the minute I walked in .my server was Nicole she is so friendly. She made sure I had everything I needed she checked to make sure my meal was ok. My coffee was hot and delicious 😋

We were in Disney for a week and ate breakfast here 4 times. Never had a wait and service was great. This place needs a upgrade in decore but overall clean and food was prepared properly daily.

The breakfast meals are to die for. Delicious comfort food eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast prepared all just like mom used to make. The wait staff is friendly, the portions are generous and the prices fair. I only wish there were Perkins restaurants near where we live!
Great food and even better service!!! Our waitress, Nicole, was VERY pleasant and VERY prompt!!! She went above and beyond and kept a smile on her face and a VERY positive attitude the whole time!!! The food was cooked perfectly and was very tasty!!! It’s not often I leave a 5 star for a restaurant
Excellent place to have breakfast. Decorations for Halloween is fun everyone enjoyed walking in especially the children. The whole entrance smelled like baked pumpkin pie. Thank you for your hospitality and good food.
