I was here for a private event the food was amazing. We were served a 4 course meal. Very classy. The atmosphere was very elegant, and the customer service was great. I look forward to going back in the near future.
The buffet at Villa de Flora serves breakfast and dinner at the Gaylord Palms Redort. The price per person is what you'd expect to pay at an a la cart restaurant outside the hotel in Orlando, but for an all you can eat buffet, with non alcoholic drinks and dessert included, the price can't be beat. We were there for a conference so there was no need to go outside the property. The service was impeccable, the layout of the buffet was inviting, and the cuisine was really tasty. I'd go back to the resort for a vacation the next time.

This is a great buffet. The food is constantly being prepared and there are small quantities available at a time so it's always fresh. There are lots of meat and vegetable options. Everything we tried was excellent. The tomato soup, beef stew, salmon, chicken thighs. I believe their offerings may change from night to night.
The restaurant is really kid friendly. It's low key and a server saw me struggling with my toddler and rushed over to help me. Our server was so attentive bringing us drinks and taking our plates.
I took a star off for a few reasons. We were seated in the back where we were not in view of the buffet and we had kids with us so we had to take turns going up. The tables in the back of the restaurant are right under giant AC vents that cool the entire atrium and it really wasn't comfortable with the cold air blowing right over us. (I should have asked to be moved.) Also, we didn't find the desserts very impressive. We would definitely come back and just request to be seated towards the front.
The food was fresh and delicious. Everyone was so nice. Definitely will be coming back soon.
My husband and I went to Brunch at this restaurant on a Sunday. You HAVE to go here if you stay at the Gaylord Palms!! The price for brunch is extremely reasonable. It costs just $39 per person and is totally worth it! There are quite a few other restaurants around Orlando, Kissimmee where the prices for brunch is crazy expensive. This place is way cheaper, at least half the price if not more but the food is just as good if not better than the more expensive ones. There are many items to choose from like soft scrambled eggs (not dried out) like in many restaurants, Bacon, sausage, an Omelet station, Biscuits, gravy, lots of pastries, I could go on and on. Oh and the coffee, drinks are all included!! The view and atmosphere are gorgeous as well. The service is wonderful.😁

Our server, Cathy was so kind, attentive and went out of her way to make our evening so special! We are getting married at the Gaylord in April and decided to pop in to revisit the venue (locals). She had an inclination that we were visiting for a special reason and reaffirmed our decision to have our wedding at the Gaylord. I am still smiling at the thought of our dinner. She was funny, helpful and really is just a great person. Thanks again Cathy, we will be back to see you soon!
In addition, the food was incredible! The lamb was so perfectly cooked and I loved both types of salmon as well. The salads offered were also great. I loved the little peppers with cream cheese in them and hope to have them again soon. I really like hummus but last night was the best I have ever had. I could go on and on but all of the food was amazing.
Lastly, I just wanted to thank all of the staff. From the hostess, servers and chefs. We thank you for an amazing evening.
We were there last weekend & we weren’t sure what to expect, and Boy ! We were delighted by the taste of the food !
Everything tasted so Great ! There’s a Pasta Chef making your personal pasta from Scratch! Right in front of you!, the Dessert table looked Amazing and Tasted even better!

Service was great. We had a gentleman as our server. I wish I remembered his name so I could mention it here. He was attentive and very nice. The food at this restaurant is delicious. All their bread is made in house. They have a large selection of salads and hot dishes as well as soup, a carving station and made to order pasta station. There is also a large selection of desserts. Everything I tasted was so yummy! We will be back.
Delicious Mediterranean food! Staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful! Really enjoyed their dessert variety and spices. Dinner was ~$40/person, buffet style.
The mother's day brunch was beautiful and plentiful! I loved the pork especially, it had all the layers of crispy, tender, and fat combined with a great sauce. My only suggestion would be a bigger selection of fruits and vegetables. The cold veggies were a nice start. Our waitress was really attentive and even sent us off with a take home drink!
Was pleasantly surprised with the offerings at the lunch buffet here! Felt like the price was fair for all you can eat at a resort, and the service was top notch.
A Mediterranean masterpiece to fit a variety of taste preferences. Excellent variety including carving stations, customized pasta dishes, and more. They even have options for those with a pickier palette if you’re looking to satisfy both adults desiring elevated cuisine and children preferring mac and cheese or chicken strips.
Beat my expectations. I’m a foodie and pretty selective. Came for din on Sat night during holidays so there was an hour wait but they text you when ready and you can hang out in the awesome hotel. I got the text 45 min later. Selection was vast and nicely done. Very artisanal. Meats were chx, fish, osso buco, prime rib, and more.
Waiter was Ryan and he was so pleasant and on top of his game. Really good service. Will be back!

A solid restaurant. I was sad that they did not have the buffet open that night. That said, the menu items that they did have available were delicious. My party had the charcuterie and the break w/ marinara sauce for appetizers. The charcuteries had a neat concentrated selection of cheeses and meats. I loved the prosciutto, salami and the pimento cheese spread. I had the Butcher's Pizza which was a tasty pie with ham, bacon, onions and an egg. Lastly, we had the tiramisu and cannoli for dessert. LOVED the tiramisu! It was refreshing and had pears at the bottom! Our server was delightful, great customer service! Enjoyed my experience here.
I just wished there was more options on the menu. I might have a totally different experience on a buffet day. (P.S. I forgot to take a picture of the tiramisu before I ate it, but here is one half eaten).
Edit: I revisited this location and had they’re buffet dinner and it was awesome as well. The theme of the buffet is a tad bit confusing, I would call it a Mediterranean and American mix. There is something for everyone!
I'm not a fan of buffets, but this one is top-notch! The service was great from the hostess who treated me like a Queen😉 and my server.
didnt expect anything from this place but was surprised and get positive vibe over there! spent good time and enjoyed food and atmosphere! beautiful place and awesome food! and it wasnt expensive, which is great now in expensive orlando!
We attended a wedding celebration dinner at the Villa de Flora. The food was surprisingly delicious and the service was excellent.
We will probably go back for an anniversary or birthday.
