My family and I had a remarkable customer service experience at Culver's today, and I want to share the heartwarming details.
Our journey began at Panda Express earlier in the day. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any greeting or acknowledgment despite standing just a few feet away from an employee
The place was nice. The food was good and the people that worked in this place were very polite. There was plenty of parking space and a drive-through.
I got what I paid for. Staff were nice. Food was fresh.
And I thought Chic-fil-a had long lines at the drive-thru...the drive-thru line at Culver's reached at the intersection entrance. Was no different inside. Place was full of people. The employees were bustling back & forth taking and serving people's orders. The dining area is large accommodating 2-4
Up there with five guys and shake shack also really good fried fish.
This was first time ever having this restaurant and I can say the food was pretty good. The burger was nice and hot. I like the fact they cook the food to order. The only issue was it was a long wait and the fries were a bit salty. However im willing to wait for fresh hot food! The espresso custard

Food is fresh, get a good amount for the price . Love that kids meal comes with ice cream cup with choice of topping. My kids and i love this place! Servers at this location are so nice and treat there customers well.

Always one of my favorite quick food places to visit when I go to Florida. I wish I could get larger portions of there chili. I always ordered a second order of chili to go. And of course there ice cream is another delicious thing to pick up. 2 thumbs way up
I am officially hooked on this place. The food was AMAZING! Best flavors and taste. There are so many options. The place was really clean and nice. It was busy. The desserts were incredible!!! We had a spicy chicken sandwich and a cod sandwich.
The spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good but had no sauce on it and the cod sandwich had a lil bit of tartar sauce on it.
The station with the drinks also has all the different condiments.
I absolutely love coming to Culvers for a quick but delicious meal. It’s one of my favorite burger joints and their concrete mixers are unbeatable. They may have a rush and get an order wrong or forget something here and there, but I always enjoy my meal when I eat here!
