Thank you Pollo Tropical for reaching out to me. To their credit I used Pollo's app to order delivery which ultimately was DoorDash. My two meals finally arrived WITH the Spicy Poyo-Poyo sauce and all is right in the world once more!

Good food and nice service. We usually search for a Pollo Tropical since we like their chicken. This location is pretty good and the service was pretty quick. We got the red beans and rice, Yuka, sweet plantains. Enjoyed and definitely recommend especially if you like rotisserie chicken!
Every time we come to Orlando we always go to the nearest Pollo Tropical as we love the chicken, sandwiches and sides.
This location is very fast, after you place your order you wait not even 5 minutes and they call your number, good job for that, try their lemonades as they are very good.
You need more Manager like Marisol she always Happy and always give us good service. She makes sure our food comes out, fresh and hot She always sing and make us feel like home I love the team behind her always with a positive attitude #POLLOTROPICAL!!!
Every trip to Florida me and my family always stop at the 7901 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Pollo Tropical. We have been visiting that location for years. One of my favorite places to eat, hands down! Food is always well seasoned and cooked. Staff is always polite, courteous, and professional. Great big
the person at the counter was happy to answer questions to ensure I got enough food. Also recommended extra sauce so i was able to try several. Food came out hot and fresh, enough to condensate the bag. food was delicious. I will return on future trips in the area.

First time visiting, the food was delicious! I had a 1/4 grilled chicken, and 2 sides, which were yellow and vegetable rice, and a Ceasar salad. The price was reasonable..
I seen reviews of limited food served here. This is not the case. I believe not alot of traffic flows through here. All the food was fresh and good no complaints. I can’t comment on the seating cause I didn’t sit down. However they did accommodate us with some dessert for waiting.

My experiences within the first 5 minutes and 2 interactions were a perfectly disastrous example of how to make a customer leave-my wife talked me out of leaving. Once we finally received customer service and signs of life from the employees the service was above and beyond. The food was good too.
We’ve been to this location several times and the food is always good as expected. Particularly today, we were helped by Justin and he was great, helpful, fast, and ready to help. The lady that was packing and handing out the orders was super great and polite as well.
