Was a great first expierence for my wife and 2 kids. We almost missed it as their sign was not lit up but found tbe shop our second drive around. Great Ice Cream and we had great friendly service. We will stop in next time we are in Orlando.
Tons of flavors to choose from...yummy...I would only suggest putting more outside tables and chairs

I went in today to get a cake for a special occasion, fortunately I got lucky and they had a cake that worked even though I didn’t order ahead and it was last minute. The lady working was so helpful, she went above and beyond. Saved the day. I’d give more stars if I could.

What's the best treat for yourself after a movie time? Ben n Jerry's ice cream! Love this location! Always have had a nice customer service there,as well as ice cream,and a milkshakes! Variety of chocolates ice cream they have is just amazing! Quality is always on point!

I love Ben and Jerry's ice cream. The store was clean, customer service was great and they had a nice variety of ice cream. The ice cream is soft, creamy and had the perfect amount of pre-added ingredients.
The ice cream is delicious and the service is quick and efficient.
It would be nice to put more tables and chairs outside; and keep it clean.

I had the best experience of my life coming into this place. I’m normally an ice cream guy but coming in here with my nephew, the way we were treated and how everything tasted was just off the charts. A no doubter 5 stars and highly recommended for everyone who wants to eat the best Ice cream ever!!
I went to this Ben & Jerry's this Friday night. It was very busy and the young man who helped us had exceptional customer service. He was taking care of many different things at the same time because he was working alone and still managed to take care of us!! Maybe have more than one employee to work on Friday nights, It does get very crowded. The Ice Cream was Delicious!
