This is the best Puerto Rican food that I have had in a really long time. Got two orders of pollo asado, arroz amarillo, yuca, and pasteles. It was absolutely delicious!
If you want a taste of Guavate, PR in FL, go to this place! Delicious food and amazing atmosphere.

For authentic puertorrican food, this is a good place. Great morcillas.. but service is not great, has to improve. Frustrating the line and just one server and they don't care you are there waiting.
Family friendly, lots of parking and lots of tables and chairs. The food was great!

Guavate in Kissimmee! I felt like home again. Great service, great food, full of flavor. Nada que envidiar a otros lugares. Even better than Puerto Rico itself. The pork was tender, juicy, warm, the skin was crunchy and tasty. Morcilla with the right kick to it. Pasteles like home. All fresh food. Family oriented environment. Awesome service very friendly. All clean, clean place, clean presentation, very well organized. I can’t ask for more. A 5 STARS rating gets too short to rate this place I would give them 10 STARS! Also, the price is right for the service and the Quality of the food. I will come here again many times more. They also sell “Hamacas”, Mesas de Domino hechas y pintadas a mano. Live music. A full typical puertorrican Sunday experience.
( I was reading other people’s reviews and I have to say that they do have a Board with the menu I have faith of that I read it in order to look if they had empanadillas and alcapurrias which they did. Also all the tables I noticed were clean and they are all hand painted as well very pretty. I have to say I had cuajitos too and they were made like guisados which I had before and they were delicious also the morcilla and you can have them spicy or mild in Puerto Rico as well so no difference)

Great food and atmosphere. It feels like your really in Puerto Rico. I just wish there was some wifi because your regular cellular service does not work inside. But overall best tasting spanish food we had in Florida and we are from New York and had great food. But this spot has the best beans and rice we have since we been in Florida.
Great food..live music.. cold beer.. what else can you ask for.. highly recommended it.. check their website for who's coming... We had rice with peagon peas.. gandules. Guineos en escabeche.. lechón asado.. morcillas.. majarete..flan.. martas India y medallas..
Everything was amazing, we got lechón, rice with gandules, sweet plantains, macaroni salad, guineitos en escabeche, and batata. They are friendly and the food is good.
Boricua despierta ! Want a latín atmosphere here it just like PR come have a great time with entire family you will love the food also.
