Busy, Busy Saturday night Hookah place. Very friendly and fast service , great atmosphere great hookah food taste delicious, the owner is very friendly and professional. Came in here not knowing what to expect! But what can I say, very excellent customer service. The Manager was great and makes you feel like you are the best customer. Nice and dim with a lot of seating so great for groups. Lots of flavors and familiar names. So if you wanna eat and relax i suggest to come here. Here is the story. We came here Bliss Cafe for my sister's birthday on a Saturday night. Arrived at 8:30 pm and the place was packed. Our entire group wasn't there all at once so we first sat in a small area for about 5 people. As more and more of our friends came, the area we had was not enough. We asked to be moved to a larger area but the head waitress said that it was reserved. A little while later, the owner saw how packed we were and asked if we wanted to move to a larger space! She definitely took care of us even though the place was jam-packed!
The hookah was one of the best in the city and was extremely reasonably priced. We tried three different flavors, all of which were perfectly light. Someone changed the coal every so often so the tobacco never burned. We had small appetizers which were also reasonably priced. I would most definitely come back here for the hookah, atmosphere and the very nice service. Great cozy and lounge-like environment in Florida. Highly recommend for a laid back, hookah smoking environment.
In Kissimmee or Orlando best place to relax with friends classy yet laid back staff is amazing!!!!!
Staff and guests are very friendly. Hookah is very reasonably priced and the whole place just has this positive vibe. �

Amazing place! The atmosphere is very open and welcoming, the customer service is great and they're super friendly! For a new place they're starting off pretty great in my opinion!

I really enjoyed the vibes at Bliss. The bartender Niesha is the sweetest and her customer service is the best. The music is on point, it give great vibes and the food is great. I highly recommend this lounge to everyone.
Krystel was the best bartender. The drinks are strong and we will be back again!
Overall, a great club. Fun atmosphere and DJ played a good range of music throughout the night. Despite the staff being incredibly busy, they were all still super friendly and accommodating (especially Natalia. Thank you Natalia for putting up with me and my sister the whole night ROFL) . Definitely worth checking out.
Had a good time last week at bliss the servers where great especially the tall one with curly hair she is beautiful and very nice she walked me through the whole menu and served my drinks quick. The hookah was amazing and came out quick. The place looked amazing haven’t been there in years sense the black couches. Can’t wait to go back
I came here last night with my brother, sister in law and husband we had a good time. We had a hookah and 3 rounds of drinks. The drinks were great and strong the hookah was great. It was not packed at all which I loved the dj was great we went on Friday night. Great place and the food!! I believe it's a food truck in the back lawd those honey hot chicken tenders WERE fresh and delicious. The young man that works there (looks Puerto Rican) kept coming to us making sure we were good I loved it !
Bliss is a 🔥 spot to come chill and drink. DJ J5 have it poppin on the weekend and niesha (bartender) is the best. Big ups👌🏽
I had a wonderful time with my friends. and the service was amazing. The owner chose a drink for me, and it was so delicious also the music was so great. I cannot recommend this place is enough. Such a warm and a welcoming environment!

An amazing spot I’ve been multiple times and have even bought my family there. Just a great vibes such an amazing atmosphere. I always look forward to going back…! Also great staff😊
Very good experience, I went to Bliss over the weekend and it was very packed and crowded, there was not seat at for all of our friends, but the customer service was super amazing they found us very decent seat and took care of us the whole night, even thought it was very busy night and crowded lounge the waitress were on point, they keep change the coal very often and we did not have to call for service at all. They constantly check you out, that's what I call amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this hookah place for everyone who is looking for a serious hung out with friends with friendly cool crowded lounge with beautiful ladies.
Nice vibe. Hookah, drinks, food, good music. Don't go to chateau down the street and pay to not have a seat, come here instead. Chillin and having a couple drinks with our hookah for our short stay in town. Plus we got wings and fries that are bomb from Chef Eli
I come here all the time, great spot and great energy. Sharisa the manager is always there and she always makes us feel at home!
It's usually busier during the weekends but even when it's busy the manager always keeps up with her tables, definitely ask for her!
They let you do requests when it's not too busy which is also pretty cool!
Overalls great spot! I've seen people be super rude to the employees and they still try to accommodate them. Will continue coming here!
