Food is always fresh when I order it and a calm place to eat breakfast in the morning.
Came in to use a bogo survey coupon. Employees seem nonchalant but helped right away when I needed help. And when we couldn't figure it out the manager came to help while teaching the employees at the same time. Store and play area very clean.
I can go inside and find a seat and have my order delivered to my table. That's so helpful as I use a walker to get around. Food is always hot and the coffee is good. I usually pick a time when I know the little ones won't be in the play area, so it's nice and quiet. Even when the kids are having fun, it's still a great place to stop for something to eat and drink.

New decor and playground at this location. Your meal is brought to your table. New ordering kiosks are very convenient and staff was very helpful. Clean restroom. Impressed on how McDonald's is changing their chain of restaurants. Chicken Artisan was the bomb.
It was clean nd the food was very good and we received our order in a timely manor.
I love going to this place. I've lived in Kissimmee for more than 20yrs some employers are nice and helpful but there's a lady cleaning the play room and looks at kids so mean that makes everyone uncomfortable she talks to them like they are doing something wrong. I went today and she just mean stared at my daughter 11yo like if she did something awful. I asked her did she said something and my daughter said no but she felt uncomfortable because every time we go there she stares at kids in a mean way. Just please check on that because not many ppl will talk about it since its the kids playing around and most of the parents don't see that.
The best staff of any McDonald's I've been to. Food is always fresh and hot. Place is very clean.
LATELY I HAVE NOTICED THAT EVERY SINCE I READ ABOUT AN INCIDENT WITH MCDONALD'S SERVING A CUSTOMER EXTREMELY HOT CHICKEN MCNUGGETS AND IS NOW FACING A LAW SUIT BECAUSE THE MCNUGGETS CAUSED A 3 DEGREE BURN, AFTER FALLING OUT ON A CHILD THIGH- LEG. THE CHICKEN NUGGETS ARE TOO COLD TO BE SERVED TO ME, AND BECAUSE THEIR WAS NO CUSTOMERS THERE ON THE 4TH JULY FOR LUNCH I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE RESTAURANT TO ACCUMULATE CHANGE IN THE CASHIER DRAWER BEFORE I COULD RECEIVED MY PROPER CHANGE FROM THIS RESTAURANT. GO THERE AND FIGURE BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEAL THIS WOULD HAPPEN.. ALTHOUGH THE RESTAURANT WAS CLEAN AND THATS WAS THE BEST THING OF ALL..
This McDonald's next to Navarro (CVS) is hands down way better than the Space coast McDonald's, in service and especially in deliveries.
