This place is amazing. In my experience with most restaurants, the food is hit and miss, good days and not so good. Here, though, the food is always delicious, in such sizeable portions that normally I'm enjoying at least another meal with the take home. This family-run restaurant is consistently friendly and hospitable, and the service is very good. When in Klamath, I make it a point to visit this restaurant. It's really that good.
I ordered chicken seaweed soup and it was delicious and exactly what I wanted. I would go here again. It was a to go order so I can't comment on the service.
Best food in Klamath Falls. I have been to this restaurant probably a dozen times, and has never been less than the best. The biggest plates of the most delicious food is definitely worth every penny. Plus extra for OIT students, it can't get any better. The employees are extremely nice and can get along with anyone.
Great food, Great Service. A colleague told me if i was going to Klamath Falls it was the best Vietnamese food in the area by a long shot. The portions were very large. The yellow curry soup was perfectly blended in flavours, well balanced and made to order. I found the owner and the waiter very friendly and were by no means too chatty as some reviewers felt. I know where I will be eating every time I go to the area.
Amazing food and service. Moved away and owner still remembers my usual.

Big-City Good. The owner of this place talks faster than I can listen, and before I knew it we had ordered two fried rice dishes.
We started with barbecue pork steamed buns, which were soft and chewy. Actually, a little too chewy, but still within the range of "good." Before we had even pulled the paper off the first bun, our meals arrived.
Both were huge platters piled high with food. It was, of course, mostly rice, but there were enough vegetables and meat in the mix to satisfy.
The place is brightly decorated and clean -- as is the bathroom -- and located in a new building on the front edge of a Wal-Mart parking lot. (Back home, that'd be a near-sure sign of mediocrity, but here it just makes the place easier for outlanders to find. Everyone recognizes a Wal-Mart sign.)
I thought the prices on the menu were a little bit high, even allowing for my South-Texas perspective; but there was so much food that we ended up taking home enough for another large meal.

Good stuff. Since having to travel to K Falls on business I have eaten at Pho Hong several times. They have an extensive menu and the seafood Pho is excellent. The server is a bit chatty but he has always made great suggestions and my water glass is never empty.
Great pho! The bowl is huge. The broth is delicious. Unfortunately, being that this is a small town, you do not get many greens to add to your soup - just cilantro and only a few sprigs. I am used to getting a platter full of greens to add which is one of the reasons I love pho. But we cannot be too choosy here in Klamath Falls, can we? The only bad thing about my dining experience here is the server. He hovers over you while you are eating which can be annoying. It was hard to have a nice conversation with my dining partner because of the frequent interruptions. I do look forward to going back and trying other menu items, however.
The only place to eat asian food in kfalls. This is the only Asian restaurant in town we will eat at. Food is top notch, great service. There are a couple other restaurants on main st that I never will understand how they stay in business. All I can think is their customers have never tried pho hongs. We LOVE how friendly the waiter is. He always remembers our favorite foods. He is fun to talk with, and the rest of the staff is very friendly too! The restaurant is comfortable, and the wait staff do not hover over you with plastic smile asking 'anything else you need?' Like a particular downtown Chinese place. I recommend pho hongs over any other restaurants in town.
This place is fantastic, great service, great food, and an amazing environment, you really have to ignore the front and walk inside, Your greeted with a smile, One thing to watch for: serving sizes are quite big, and when they say medium it pretty much hot XD
A hidden treasure! Some of the best Asian food I've eaten, anywhere. Maps location is wrong, is on N side of street, next door to Best Western. Walking inside is like a portal straight to a restaurant in Singapore or Hong Kong. Food is perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, unusual recipes. Will definitely eat here next time I'm in K-falls.
Don't be thrown off by the exterior!. I will admit that the front of this restaurant could use a little work. However, once you are inside the place is well kept and clean. The waiters are attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. The portions are huge and the price was right. To top it all off they have a very respectable selection on foreign and domestic beers.
If they would just fix up the front of their building they would get a lot more business. Ohh well maybe they want to remain a secret.
I consider myself a bit of a foodie and I LOVE this place. Huge menu with great food from Thailand, Vietnam, and China, probably others too. Catfish hotpot is great, server (Lok) is super attentive and friendly.
Super good!! He is very polite, and makes real conversation with everyone at the table. If you don't know how to use chopsticks, he will teach you!! 😄 Very helpful. Try the Vietnamese Tea, it is much better than Thai Tea. ❤️
There are many dishes here that you cannot get anywhere else in the US. If you want something not spicy, just ask. You want mild? Let him know. Want something really spicy? Haha. He can definitely find something for you! Also-if you want something sweet, there's something here for you, too.! My mother had a raspberry pork dish. (Very sweet.) You want something spicy and sweet? Honestly, if you just ask, they somehow have something for you. There's something here for everyone.
You're allowed to take pictures of the food, but to show respect, do not take photos of the actual place. There are signs that say where photos should not be taken.
This was my first experience with Vietnamese food. The staff here are excellent the food comes in large portions and they are willing to make any of the items on their menu vegan. They have a large variety to choose from and I can't stop getting food here.
AMAZING FOOD. Highly recommend this place. HUGE portions and excellent friendly service. Tons of vegan/Vegetarian options as well. The coconut tofu with peanut sauce is so good as well as the curry.
This place is amazing! They will make you whatever you feel like. Don't even need a menu. My favorite is the sesame chicken, I can't get enough. :^)
Great vegan food! Family took a road trip down to Klamath Falls for a few days and decided to stop in here on our last day. Good food, generous portions, and amazing service. While waiting for our food we stood and had a nice conversation with the staff for a good 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu for our veganism.
I believe they are closing their doors later this year, about when this review is ~5 months old if I'm not mistaken, so if you get the chance give it a try while you can
So tasty! 5/5 would recommend and come back! Awesome service, great food, clean to!
Good food .. Nice people, they will help you order. Quantity is really large
