My daughter & I had an early dinner here Sunday & our server Sierra was wonderful ! The salad was fresh, crisp & cold. Even the dressing was delish. The bread just came out of the oven & their garlic herb butter is to die for. The lasagne , the raviolis with cream sauce & even their meatballs were all top notch. We live local so we will definitely be going back to try their pizza & other entrees !

Bear with me because this review is a little long! It starts off on a sour note but I promise, it gets better! We live right down the street from Mike's and we were so excited when they first opened. We love to support small businesses so naturally we went a month or two after they first opened. It was so terrible. So soooo bad. Then you get the bill and you're silently crying on the inside because it's crazy expensive and you've made better chicken Parmesan in your own kitchen and you're not even that good of a cook. Plus the "bread" was pizza dough rolled and flattened into sticks, almost? It was terrible. Well a few months later here I am browsing on the community page on Facebook. (Knightdale Community Information quite entertaining actually but that's another story.) Someone was absolutely raving about Mike's. I hopped on there and immediately questioned whether they actually have taste buds or what. Turns out, Mike's got a new chef and the food was now fabulous. Then last night, after a lot of convincing, I got my husband and son into the truck and off we went on the long car ride of about 3 minutes to give Mike's another try. We pulled up and it's about 7:00 PM at this time and there's only two other parties. Started to get a bit nervous because I was starving and I get pretty hangry and I was worried our food was going to be inedible again. Our waitress comes out (Claudia I think?) and she was wonderful. Very patient with my overly excited 5 year old who was so happy that he was going to be able to get pizza after I shot that idea down earlier in the day because we had just had pizza the night before. We placed our orders, husband ordered the Shrimp Scampi, the child obviously got pizza, and I ordered the cheese ravioli. (Yeah, yeah I know not very adventurous but I was still skeptical from our last visit.) Out comes the bread and salads. It was actual BREAD! Warm, delicious, obviously not pizza crust. Bread! Sorry, I love bread. Then we get our entrees. My son's pizza was huge! He got it off the kids menu for about 5.50 and it was delicious. (Yes, I stole a bite!) My husband's Scampi was good too. There were at least 7 shrimp and they were huge. They were tasty as well. The dish did have a tad bit more lemon than my husband would have liked but overall it was still good. For 14.99 it was really reasonable because of the giant shrimp he got on there. My cheese ravioli was amazing. The sauce that they were in was soooo good. It was a tomato cream sauce I believe. Anyway, it was amazing and if I could I would take a gallon of that home to put on everything. My dish was 10.99 I believe. The portion sizes were generous. Had I not been starving I definitely would have brought home some of my food. My husband and son took the rest of theirs home for lunch today. When the bill came I didn't silently weep at the sight. It was $38.00(before tip) or somewhere around there. Plus like I said the husband and our son took home some of their food so lunch was covered for the next day(Score!)The food was amazing, the staff were awesome, I'd say this was a successful retry! Now that I'm writing this review, I'm seriously contemplating heading back for dinner tonight to try something more adventurous than the cheese ravioli, since clearly the new chef has got it down. Definitely give them a try! Even if you've already been there and weren't impressed with their food (Like us.) I'm so glad we did. This new chef really helped turn this place around!

What everyone else already said plus more, more, more ‼️ Best Italian food in the area and the pizza is to die for 👍‼️ Love that we don't have to go into Raleigh anymore - just a few short miles for the best dinner ever. Love Moe and his staff - a better group cannot be found any where‼️😊 For those who have not been there you owe it to yourself to make the trip to Knightdale 👍🍕. Be sure to try the Lemoncello Cream Cake 🎂

After a rough day at work my husband and I decided to drown our sorrows in Italian food. Being relatively new to the area we took to the Internet to find somewhere. Saw the awesome reviews on Mike's and decided to give it a shot. We have only been there once but I can tell you that we will definitely be going back!! The vodka cream sauce was honestly the best I have ever had!! I was told that Kevin is the vodka sauce master!! Our server Sierra was excellent!! We can't wait to go back and will be bringing friends and family. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and incredible food!!!

A great "hole-in-the-wall" spot. Great Italian food, an amazing wine selection, and very, very reasonable prices. What else could you ask for?

We so enjoyed your Summer Menu preview dinner. You have some wonderful additions. Loved the sun dried tomato and artichoke flatbread, along with the Strawberry Cucumber salad. The Tortellini w/heirloom tomatoes with definitely happen again. As for your wines, I normally would not care for a Rose, but the Terra d'oro Rose was great. Very refreshing and light. Then theres the Madonna bruna. That red will be frequented. Thanks again for a wonderful event. The food and staff were as always, perfection!

We came to Mike's for my husband's birthday tonight and it was perfect. Being from NY it totally took me back to that family kitchen vibe. AMAZING fresh food. Incredible service. Did I mention amazing food? Our waitress Olivia was a doll, great recommendations! We are new to Knightdale and we're thrilled to have found such a gem!

Visited twice before writing this review. The reviews were a little mixed so I wasn't sure what to expect. When we went for the first time, it was clear that the pandemic was taking its toll on the business. It was pretty quiet and the food was okay but the vibes were unappealing. The second time was about 6 months later and the experience was much better. I believe this business deserves a second chance for the quality of food and overall dining experience (especially when you compare it to the mostly fast food and restaurant chains in Knightdale). The staff are friendly and attentive and I think they would address issues with the food if you brought it up to them.

I ordered pickup but will definitely be dining in soon!! My order was ready when I arrived and served hot and fresh! I loved that I didn't have to wait. The restaurant was very warm and inviting. It's small, but comfortable. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo with extra shrimp before realizing the shrimp is JUMBO. You definitely don't need extra shrimp. The dish was delicious. I also enjoyed the cheese bread and artichoke soup. I never order soup. I always get salad, but I'm glad that I did. I'm looking forward to trying something new next time. Side Note- It was a pretty large serving. I'd say almost 3. I Was able to share with my mother-in-law and take a full serving to work the next day.

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. Honestly, we wanted Italian and haven’t visited too many spots here in Knightdale - we found this place on Google and because it’s close we decided to try but ALMOST drove past. Only because in our past experience, an Italian place in a strip center wouldn’t be quite what we were looking for at the moment (which was to really splurge with some incredibly delicious comfort food Italian style). SO SO SO THANKFUL we didn’t keep driving! Sat immediately. Our server was working the entire restaurant but we never once felt neglected. We started with a glass of Dreaming Tree Cab and ordered the Calamari Fritti. It was good. Not over the top amazing, but definitely hit the spot. She brought us bread, oh my gosh SO good. I ordered the Frutti Di Mare (had zero clue how to pronounce hahaha she didn’t judge thank goodness) with the vodka sauce. I dream about it now hahaha! He got the Lobster Ravioli with shrimp added, and it was also just as delectable. Everything was fresh, melt in your mouth, perfection! We REALLY splurged and also finished with a slice of cheesecake and tiramisu. Everything was honestly so amazing! Even finished with some mints with the check! So excited to go back!!

My wife and I enjoyed a peaceful dinner on a Friday evening. The Sangria was great, pasta was delicious. I ordered the crab dip and it was a little disappointing but not bad. Service was great!

Love the variety of specialty pizzas and a good price point. All of them taste fresh and very presentable. Could use a little more fresh basil on all the pizzas, but the garlic is nice. Restaurant is clean and the staff are attentive. Save room for the tiramisu!
