We went here for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Didn't have a reservation, so we sat in the bar lounge area. We sat by the window overlooking the river and it was absolutely gorgeous. First time dining at Ruth's Chris and it was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Truman was very sweet and attentive. Took time to describe everything we had questions about. Gave us great recommendations. And we were even surprised with a free dessert for our anniversary. The food was the best food we have ever eaten. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will definitely return next year for our anniversary. Thank you to everyone at Ruth's Chris. Everyone was very nice. You are all amazing.
We had dinner at Ruth's Chris last night and it was amazing. We started out with the sizzling Crab Cakes for an appetizer and then she had the Petite Filet and I had the 16 oz. Ribeye, both mid rare. Everything was prepared perfect and the steaks paired great with a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir. The server was very attentive and friendly. It was a great experience and worth every penny. Fantastic dinner, great company, and the night views of the river are just fantastic. Well done Ruth's Chris, well done indeed!
Took our little girl there for her birthday meal as she wanted a “real steak”. The children ordered from the kids menu and had filet, fries, ice cream and a drink. My wife and I had soups, lobster bisque and tomato and crab. Both were delicious. We shared a Porterhouse for two which was absolutely delicious and very tender. Drinks from the bar were excellent. Our little girls dessert had happy birthday written in chocolate on it. The table was decorated with happy birthday decor and we had a river view as requested. Service was excellent, as usual and the manager even came by to see the birthday girl. An excellent meal and experience.
Great atmosphere and great food! Also has a great view on the river. Definitely recommend this restaurant. It was our first experience and it was fantastic.
We went to dinner for my nephews Birthday. We had a party of nine. From start to finish my experience was lovely. 3 of us arrived early and sat at the bar for a drink. The raspberry cosmopolitan was delicious. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating. Once the others arrived we were seated right away. Our sever was very attentive and polite. We had a few appetizers and drinks, then placed our dinner order. Everyone was pleased with their meal. We ordered several sides for the table. The lobster Mac n cheese was delish but, The sweet potato casserole was Amazing! My steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly! I also had a bite of my sisters lobster which was incredible! Desert also did not disappoint. Very pleasant experience all around.
The food is well worth the money here. The steaks are expertly cooked and the sides are all fantastic tasting. The servers are very knowledgeable of the wine selection and the atmosphere is just outstanding.
Beautiful decor, excellent waitstaff and exceptional food..would highly recommend! (Try the stuffed chicken breast, you won't be disappointed!)
First time going for my 11th anniversary. We had an amazing time with amazing service. Truman was our server he was great stayed up on top of everything checked on us several times. my steak and wine combo was superb. My husband Caesar salad was great absolutely love the entire experience.
My wife an I went for her birthday dinner and the service and meal was exceptional. Will be back for more. The meal was more than we could eat and brought the balance home for snacks. Love the family style portions for the side. Thanks.
Went to Ruth's Chris for our 25th year wedding anniversary last night and it was fantastic. The food, atmosphere and especially the staff made it a very memorable night. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family.

Never disappointed when we go. Food is fabulous and so are the waiters and servers(water boy lol). If your steak by chance is not done correctly, they immediately fix it. Mine was overcooked a little and they scooped it up and brought me a piping hot one. So tender our friend cut his with a SPOON!! Thanks to our waiter Jeremy who recommended the Sin cake-fabulous!Thats the BALD Jeremy hehe
I was taken to Ruth's Chris in Knoxville TN. for a dinner date. They were packed with no extra room, but they had a table ready and we were seated 5 minutes after walking in with our reservation. Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere, amazing food. The steak literally melts in your mouth as does the lamb chops. Magnificent! 2 thumbs up.
My favorite place in Knoxville. We go often for Happy Hour in the bar. Can't beat the food and service. Highly recommend!
