Buddy's bar-b-q catered my wedding in December 2016. Our customer service and food we're perfect! We had grilled chicken breasts, pulled pork with mini buns, green beans, roasted new potatoes, and corn muffins. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was and the caterers were great. Planning my menu with them was very easy and they are great to work with. I definitely recommend using them to cater your next event!!

This past Saturday my wife and I had Buddy's cater our wedding. The food was amazing and there was more than enough for everyone. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taking care of. We will use them to cater any family vacations in the future or just to stop in and eat. They have become one of the few place that my wife and I have to go on every trip to the smokies.

I'm a transplant to Tennessee from eastern North Carolina for 20 years now. Buddy's will never match what I'm used to back home, but it is good. I visited the Buddy's in Bearden today, and I was so impressed with how clean the restaurant is. That in and of itself is reason to go back along with the lickity split service.

Are you looking for delicious BBQ and yummy hot fudge cake sundaes, but could care less about pepper? If so, Knoxville-native Buddy’s BBQ is for you! On each table, you will find white and black plastic shakers filled with regular table salt and pepper. The pepper has minimal flavor.
From the child: “P.S., the pepper won’t wanna be your BUDDY”
Pepper aside, the ambience in this Buddy’s location is cozy and warm, down-home but down to clown, like your mamaw’s den. India was a friendly employee who made our fresh hot fudge cakes.
Hidden gem: a one-sided booth can be found if you look far enough to where you’re blinded by the light. (Tired of feeling like you’re talking to the wall? Try having lunch with it instead.)
