I have always loved a good cafeteria, and S&S is one of the best. Friendly staff, GREAT country style food, and a lot of bang for your buck - very affordable. If you go, you have to try the Jalapeño Cornbread.

S&S is a great place to go to get your meat and two. It has a wide variety of meats and vegetables, already prepared for you to select, cafeteria style. The servers greet each customer in such a sweet and friendly way, it made me want to come back just to see them. And the food is delicious, hot and well prepared. If you like fried chicken, this is the place to go. One companion got chicken Tampico, a deep fried chicken breast topped with a spicy queso sauce. And the other got the baked tilapia. And we all got the cheesy squash casserole. All of it was delicious!

If you enjoy good cafeteria style food, please take your love one and yourself to S&S. Good food at a reasonable price, along with good service. If your veteran, please remember to share that with the cashier.

Only, of the once numerous, local cafeterias still in business. No wine list or other alcohol served, no happy birthday singing servers far as I am aware, just tasty regionally traditional dishes mostly prepared from recipes used for many years. The country steak, mac & cheese, green beans last week appeared and tasted same as I remember 30, 20, 10 years previous. So, get in line, grab a tray and take your pick. Definitely pick a dessert. Tell 'em I said, Hey!

This cafeteria has been in town for years. The food is prepared to give numerous choices to eat. The wait people were clean and came to the table to see if everything was okay and check on your drinks. Food is served hot and fresh so that the dining will be great.

Food was great. Waitress was great. Line server with the name tag "cowboy" was a total jerk. Had a terrible attitude. He needs to be gone. Not the right temperament for this line of work. Won't be back as long as he's working there.

The staff members are always very courteous and helpful. There was only one waitress during non peak hours, yet it was very busy. Therefore, while she was very attentive to customers, many tables were left with dirty dishes and there were several flies. You can't really beat the prices with the amount of food you get. Kids eat for 99 cents which is awesome. I know many people who love the food here, but I thought it was just okay. Cake was dry. Hawaiian chicken was good, but I'm pretty sure it was canned fruit and syrup on top. Salads are good. It's worth a try if you like this sort of food and want a good deal.
