Food is good as you would expect but the service is trash. This is the closest Chick fil a to my house so I continue to go, but for the 3 years I've went its always a bad experience. There can be 2 cars in line and it still takes 15 minutes to get food. On multiple occasions I've been asked to pull forward and wait and then have been forgotten. Not big orders either, just a nugget meal. Past few times I've literally seen bags of completed meals on the waiting table and the workers just stand there. This has also lead to my food being cold or barely warm on numerous occasions. Clearly this location has bad management as the long lines are a daily disaster. And not that it matters, but I've never once heard anyone at this location say "my pleasure" and I come here at least once every 2 weeks. Its a shame that this one is ran worse than a fast food chain you would expect to be bad. Again, food still taste as good as others, so there is that.

I'm giving them one star because they overcharged my card and haven't refunded it yet and it's been two days as of today. Unfortunately had to contact corporate office. Hopefully it will be handled soon. But other than that the food was ok, not hot but slightly warm. They seemed scattered all over the place and didn't seem to know what they were doing. If I ever go back to a Chick fila I'll be sure to go to another location. Very disappointed with my experience.
Since this original post I contacted the corporate office in Georgia and haven't heard back from them like they said. I even tried calling the manager again and have been totally avoided. This place is absolutely giving the business altogether a horrible name and reputation. They basically are getting away with theft. I have tried contacting the card as well and the won't help.

The last 4 times I’ve been I’ve asked for honey mustard and without fail they’re putting their disgusting chick fil la sauce in the bag. I know now to check before pulling off ever again. Teach your employees the difference in your alls sauces 🤦🏼♀️🗑

Worst experience here to date. Made an online order requesting chick-fil-a sauce in the bag. Drove all the way home just to find that there was no sauce in the bag. I called them up and talked to the manager and the only response that I got is they'll make sure it doesn't happen for future orders. They gave me no offers to rectify the situation at all. Would not recommend that anybody go to this location that is so poorly managed that they can't even remember to put Chick-fil-A sauce in a bag.

Since the drive thru remodel this is my least favorite chick-fil-a. The layout is going to cause someone to get ran over and the lines are not efficient. I'm not sure if it's because of the line chaos or something else but my order the past 3 times has been incomplete or just not right. The food is always great but the Chick-fil-A "experience" definitely lacks at this location

Y'all spent thousands of dollars and closed down for months on a remodel a few years ago and all you did was make the drive thru completely unusable. What's the point of having 2 lanes if you're just going to inefficiently force cars down to one lane with no instruction. This is probably the worst in the Knoxville area.

This was the first time I brought my grandson to this Chick Fil A. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient. The food was great ( the fries actually had enough salt on them). My grandson enjoyed the play space. It was a great experience!

This is the worst in Knoxville! The upper management must have bad attitudes that trickle down to the rest of the employees. This location should do an internship at other locations and take some notes. You can tell when it's a fake smile and "my pleasure" is forced instead of heart felt.

I think this Chick-fil-A is outstanding! The employees care about you and strive to do what is right. Friendly and courteous! My first pick when it comes to going to Chick-fil-A. I realize there are crazy long lines at times, and things can get difficult at times, but that happens everywhere!

Worst customer service! Picking up a catering order that was already paid for and after 7 minutes of standing under the "catering pick up sign", I had to ask if I was in the right place. I was then told to get in the regular line...which was a mile long. Thankfully a fireman let me in front of him but then the girl who retrieved my order didn't even speak to me and acted aggravated to have to find my order. 30 minutes later....I left with my cold minis. �

Even though they forgot to throw in my packet of red pepper for my Cobb salad today (my absolute favorite part of the salad!), my salad was still amazing and I had great service! I can't knock them for this one incident with my salad peppers, because of all the countless times I've grabbed my lunch there, this is a first! Also, of all the restaurants around here, this is the only one I have NEVER had a problem with my soda being flat or watery!

We were moving into our new home and needed lunch, I decided to go the the Chick-fil-A on Emory Rd. It was a Saturday and went to the drive up window. No waiting, placed order , paid went home. All excited for lunch, and oops they forgot our waffle fries.
I was so dissapointed, mostly st myself for not checking my order before leaving. Well I didn't want to go back but, called the locationto tell them how sad I was about the missing fries, they asked me my address and offered to bring out, not only the missing fries but replaced the whole order and if that was not wonderful also sent along 2 gift cards for free sandwiches. I was so impressed, with such fantastic customer service, we tipped the delivery person, (she accepted it, we insisted) this company went above and beyond my expectations. I don't know any other fast food place , that cares so much. Great food, and service, we are customers for life, and have shared our story with anyone that will listen.

We came in at 10:20. Stood in line for 10 mins while watching the girl at the register help anyone that came up to the end of the counter and walking away to deliver food without taking orders at the register. By the time we got to the register they were out of biscuits. I have never been so unhappy with this restaurant.
