So happy to discover Snappy Tomato on Hardin Valley!! We first had Snappy Tomato Pizza when we moved to Oak Ridge in 2013. We were so heart-broken when the local restaurant went out of business. None of the chain restaurants could compare. We happened to be on Hardin Valley for business when we saw the Snappy Tomato sign. Picked up an order last night, and will definitely be back.
A delicious pizza place with a wide range of menu items from wings to calzones. The staff is friendly. There is hardly any wait time if you order a carry out.
The absolute best pizza that's ever crossed my lips. I kid you not. We got a couple at our work today, and everyone that grabbed a piece loved it. I had to pull up the number I called to order and give to 7 ppl. AWESOME doesn't do it justice. And the delivery was top notch as well. Thank you Snappy Tomato......
The pizza is good, topping are fresh , and the sauce has a nice sweet tang the the show stopper, in my opinion, is the crust. Rember when you were a kid and on Friday night, payday, it would be pizza night from the local pizza place, no chain a real pizzaplace( if not I'm sorry for your childhood). That's the crust they serve, crusty outside fluffy inside hint of yeast. This if for the round pizza, i have not tried the Beast yet. I would order one size bigger than you need. This pizza is excellent cold the next day.
