I don’t often go to a Starbucks. Simply bc coffee shouldn’t be 7$.. but it’s really disappointing when you do go and pay 7$ for a drink that tastes like watered down water.... if you don’t care about your work let someone else make the orders! This one is the only one I’ve ever been to we’re nothing

I work in the mall so I come to this Starbucks 3-4 times a week. I do love some coffee but the staff is always so nice and friendly. That is what keeps me coming back for more! The drinks are always exactly what I ordered and if by chance some crazy fluke occurred they offer to make me a new one. Gr

In West Town Mall very special staff that gets to know their customers and cares for them. Always greets us with a smile. Today I was helping someone that fell and they had me a coffee ready when I was done. Great people.

Cashier yelled at me for adjusting my mask, she had a plastic shield up also. She was not in danger of covid by no means. She was extremely rude while we were ordering drinks.

I went to this Starbucks located in the center of West Town Mall. I was drawn by the promise of a Happy Hour drink after 3pm. This little Starbucks vendor, is okay. Not the best coffee or frapps I've had at a Starbucks before. Watered down. The lines are usually very long. A lot of the time the staff messes up orders and gets angry customers. I'd call it an average Starbucks.

Starbucks has the best caramel cappuccino and hot beverage drink on the planet. The entire staff is always professional and very happy to help me with my order
