Pizza Hut - Knoxville - Photo album

I would recommend most Pizza Hut establishments but not the one on Kingston Pike at Cedar Bluff. We love Pizza Hut pizza but this establishment can’t seem to get it right. Order is either wrong or they are so skimpy on toppings that it is definitely not worth the amount of money you have to spend.

Pizza was over 2 hours late, absolutely stone cold, AND barely cooked. Found out there are like, literally 2 people working here and they are severely overworked and underpaid. For sake of the employees if nothing else, order anywhere else. Lol.

Update: the manager Chris called me personally and we spoke at length about the experience. He went above and beyond to fix the situation. The customer service shined through.
