I absolutely love this taco bell .....yes they have a long line and yes maybe every now and then something might be missing in order or something you didn't order !!! But listen guys since covid hit it has really messed up every business out there right now and since fast food restaurants were allowed to really open up alot of businesses cant keep workers!!!!!So go easy on your reviews lets pick up all these places due to covid instead of give a bad review!!!Personally i love this taco bell !!!!Even when the line is long it always moves pretty quick !!! And my food is always hot and perfectly made !!!!!!! Thanks guys at western ave taco bell you guys are hard workers 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🤗🤗🤗🤗

All time worst Taco Bell I've been to. It's the closest to my house, so you'd think that it'd be my most frequented, but no. That honor goes to the Merchants Rd. location, because this location is consistently out of something on the menu every time I go, their card payment systems are "down" probably 1 out of every 5 times I go, their dining room is closed 6 out of 7 days a week, causing the drive thru line to extend onto Western Ave and take at minimum 20 min to get through, their order accuracy is terrible and I end up missing at least one item from my order better than 50% of the time and am forced to sit back through the awful line again. Their staff has terrible attitudes and are more focused with their personal conversations or their blaring rap music than orders or customer service.
I worked in kitchens and fast food restaurants for several years, both as a line member and as a manager and this store is absolutely deplorable. It needs a full restaffing or a full retraining of the crew. I hate this store.

Don't order your food plain that's impossible for them to do. Better double check your food before you leave. Irate I wasted money again.

For what seemed like weeks they were cash only. A fast food restaurant in 2022. Also, the worst thing is that their hours are completely random and have been for years. The hours posted on the Taco Bell website, on their doors, and on Google are irrelevant. It will say they're open until midnight or 3:00 am and you'll pull through at 10: 30pm or 1:30am to find them closed. The good thing is when you are able to get food it's good. So if you want to visit this Taco Bell just be ready with cash and prepared to go somewhere else if they're closed unexpectedly.

I used the app to order from this location. 1st I was to puck up inside which is lock so that should not be an option. 2nd I had to sit in the drive through and then they couldn't find my order. 3rd I was told to pull around to the front and wait. 4th they were not communicating with each other. So I ended up waiting a hour my order was missing 3 cinnamon twist and my tacos were cold. I definitely will not be using the app again.

Can't walk up to the window & order because it is against policy & your lobby is closed!!! REDICULOUS! People who drive buses vans over-sized vehicles Can't get food to eat from here! Called & they said it is against their policy! Other fast food places will go above & beyond to help! Ya'll are a corporate office in Knoxville...I expect you to do better!!!

Waited for a very long time in long line at drive up. Finally got to the speaker and no one would take my order or even let me know they were aware I was there. Eventually all cars in front of me were gone and no one waiting at window. Long line behind me telling me to pull up to the window. I did and was told I should have stayed put and now can’t order at the window!! Won’t ever go back!

This is, I believe, the worst Taco Bell in the state.
At 8:40 I ordered on the app to pickup in store. The side I was on said "use the front door" so I was just going to run in and head out. After putting in my order I went to the front door and it was locked. there were no signs saying that the lobby was closed or anything, and I'm used to Taco Bell lobbies being open til 9 or so minimum. I go to the app to cancel my order and upon pressing cancel or seconds before the app switches to "being made" and I can't cancel my order with the drive-thru wrapped around the building. So I get in line. 15 minutes later I get to the speaker and am told my order isn't there and they can't make it for me because it's not there and it's it has to be paid for.
There is no escape from this drive-thru. It's one lane. So I waited til I got to the window to show the lady my order on my phone, where it said it was being made, that I couldn't cancel it, and I even showed her where it already charged my card. I had made sure it was the correct location before ordering, but since it was set for pickup that its possible that it wasn't showing on the drive thru but at one of the front registers, they glance over, say its not there, they don't even have drawers in (which shouldn't matter since it was paid for online) and they can't make my food. So I left, lost 10 dollars since it was already charged, and left still hungry because they don't have the decency to post when they close their lobby early.
