The item is a crunchwrap. I live 5 minutes away so it definitely shouldn't have been soggy. Not one crunch. The shell ended up feeling like a wet taco shell. The wrapper was dripping juice from the amount of tomato. Even the bag was wet. Not from grease either.
Normally my order is perfect. But tonight I really enjoyed picking the lettuce and tomato out of my burrito. This is why I stick to the simple items that don't have the veggies. It's hard to mess that up. But once again thank you for being there for me.

Poor customer service. Very nearly 0. There greeting is, "What do you want?!" instead of more pleasant, "how can I help you." But what do you expect from Taco Bell?
Went to the drive thru Friday night at 10:30 and never got any service and employees were never seen and cars backed all the to the front of the building and that is not acceptable one bit. Where was the manager at?

It's Taco Bell people, you get what you pay for. They do a pretty good job here, especially considering they are shorthanded employees. I also work in food service, so I get it. I'm just happy I didn't have to make my own dinner after work!! 😉
The food was very hot and freshly made. Best power bowl yet
