Called mgr Josh after I went back to work with my dinner. Only half the fours, coke missing an inch. Called. The ONLY thing he could offer was me to come back then, could not on lunch break, but NOT willing to do it for free on my next visit. Every time I go here, it's always something wrong or cold
Decent store.... It's your typical travel center attached fast food. Grab a burger to fill up your body's tank then head next door and fill up your car. Long drive through wait compared to other ones but food is good and tastes fresh.
If I could give negative stars, I would and it is because of this woman (Sue?). She is nasty and does not care about customers. McDonalds can do better.

Got a bacon Mc double and the meat was not cooked. By the time I got the other sandwich to replace the one that was messed up, my grand daughter had finished eating her happy meal. I would expect my food to be cooked even if it is fast food.
Norma is the most rude, most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered, and she would definitely benefit from some customer service training. Especially, if she is in a management role, as she claims. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time and money at this location.
