After a miserable day, I ordered a pizza and side through online delivery from this location. It was estimated to take between 20 and 40 minutes, but after over two hours of waiting, the order failed and I was told to go to the location to pick it up—when I was arrived, I was told the order was not
The people are great! However, the process of receiving my order hours late, or having it canceled, or having to pick it up when the app says delivery in 20-37 minutes is ridiculous. I’ve actually never had a smooth ordering process here.
They’re probably horribly understaffed and need more deliver
Best dominos ordering experience I’ve had! I ordered online and it was so quick and everything was correct and the driver even called me to let me know my order was at the front door. Fantastic!

They're facing the problem a lot of places are in not having enough staff, so the company that built pizza delivery can't. I realize it's out of their hands to some extent, but I'm deleting the app from my phone after this post.
This franchise location upcharges on nationwide promotions but does their best to try and hide this when you place an order online. I find this to be a misleading business tactic and plan to go with other delivery options when in Fort Sanders in the future.
When I have ordered in the past the food
Very sad at Dominos. This location has a hard time communicating that they have a long wait time. This is causing a 2 hour wait time, I wouldn’t have even known if I didn’t call, putting their workers through it. To top it off management LIED and told us it was on the way, one hour later… nothin :(
