Ordered a slim 4 ... allergic to tomatoes and got it home fully loaded. Called and they refused to anything about it. Called back and the manager ended up hanging up on me when I said I wasn’t going to pay for a delivery fee for their mistake.

Ordered a #14 bootlegger yesterday paid extra for bacon didn't even get the right sandwich second time this has happened. I used to love Jimmy johns not like it used to be.

I will give it a 5 star never been there I went to Jack's donuts and you are neighbors so I was asked about Jimmy John's but I do plan on stopping in someday.

Ordered food from the mobile app. The app said it was out for delivery. Been waiting almost an hour. So I called the store, the young man said there was nothing he could do. I live less than a half a mile from the store. Been an hr since I ordered, still no food. I'm not happy. How can you advertise

There is absolutely no reason why a delivery 2.5 miles away should take 70 minutes (freaky fast???). & on top of that when I call the store to express my concerns I'm treated with disrespect by a young boy whom refused to tell me his name. I am absolutely baffled by the way this store handled this s
