So I went through your drive through and the lights are out on you menu and accidentally ordered the wrong drink. I wanted the frappe and got your mocha. I went inside and nobody had the curtisy to take two seconds to ask me what it was supposed to be so after having to get my receipt I still got the wrong drink and they gave me a mocha frappe instead of the Carmel. As I am sure you can imagine at this point I was very frustrated and told them if they would have taken the time to talk to me they would not have made the wrong drink AGIAN!! They then went and made me the Carmel frappe and if that is the way that a three dollar drink looks you should really be ASHAMED!! I will be posting photos to your corporate office. I didn't even drink it. I threw it out the window as I am not sure what they may have done to it since they all acted very irritated that I bothered them. #poorcustomerservice
Due to tornadoes that hit Kokomo and leaving several people without power, this place was overwhelmed. Yet every single employee provided great customer service.
One of the most courteous McDonald's I've ever been to. Even the other customers were nice. Kudos
Usually have pretty good luck with this McDonald's. Always good service, store is clean and staff is for the most part very friendly.
This McDonald's has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not only did they lose my mobile order this young boy came outside ( curb pickup) and told me several times it wasn't his fault nor was his problem. I had to tell him several times to walk away and get away from my vehicle. I had to be at work and was now late dealing with this disrespectful kid, so I tried to call them atleast 20 times for noone to answer. This place charged me for this food that I never got!! Never again will I go to this McDonald's in Kokomo!!!!!
