Had pizza delivered last night. It arrived cold. I was missing half of the order. I tried called this location directly and got a “this line is no longer in service” message. I tried called the number in the little Caesar’s app and I just waited on hold for twenty minutes before it disconnected me.
The absolute worst service ever!! The rudest people work here. They always have a lobby full of people waiting and the only person up front will walk in the back and never acknowledge people who are waiting. Then if your lucky enough to get spoken to they will make you wait at least 15-20 minutes an

If I could post below a 0 I would .. pizza and wings are not fully cooked... and I call to place a order, btw you can't place an order with cash, no answer.. even the one in kyle tx buzzy single.. when I call the one in san marcos it rings then it goes to a voice mail that can't record.. really. Horrible! Third time in a row that zero “Hot-n-readys” were ready. Not even a pizza in the oven. Tells everyone who walks in, “It’ll be 20 minutes”. How hard is it to stick to your selling point.
Waited almost two hours in store for my order to still not be done. They somehow kept "losing" it and kept extending the wait time. I was only one of many who had ordered online only to be told it wasn't ready. Ended up just cancelling.
Normally do not have a bad experience with this location, however upon ordering 2 pizzas both had several long hairs baked into them. This is absolutely disgusting, and shouldn’t be tolerated.
Got super old breadsticks that were hard, squished together, and had no garlic or flavor on them like advertised. Not good
