I've been to all of the coffee shops in the downtown La Crosse area, and while they all have great qualities about them, Cabin Coffee is by far my favorite! It starts when you walk in the door, the people working there are so pleasant and genuinely really happy, you can tell that they like working there.
Then there is the coffee itself! All of their blends: light, medium, dark, and their flavor of the day (it's not a syrup flavor of the day, no idea how they do it but it's great! Try the coconut!!). I'm an avid coffee drinker and never used to drink anything but black coffee. The one time I wanted to try something new, they were so helpful and created something that was exactly what I wanted! Now when I go there they always have new suggestions or ideas for making me something that isn't too sweet but that has a perfect blend of flavors. Yet, they never try to sell me anything I don't want. It's the ideal customer service, I always have options but they never push me into getting one of their suggestions.
Thirdly, they have great food! I usually start off my day there, so I tend to eat more of their breakfast food and it is delicious! They let me substitute out different things if I want and it always comes out hot and tasty. I haven't tried all many of the lunch items but the few that I have tried were fantastic.
Overall, I highly recommend it. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion to improve because it's just that good!

Such a special, warm, and inviting place. As always exceptional service with a smile! A perfect place to start my birthday on Sunday....a favorite place with one of my favorite people (Jolene Herlitzke Foss)!!!!!!�

I just happened across this place and I am so happy. I'm having a black cup of coffee outside of my home brew for the first time since moving here from Chicago, everywhere else I've been I would have to put cream and sugar in to make the coffee drinkable. The French Toast muffin I'm having is heavenly. Lastly, they are at this moment roasting a fresh pound of Sumatra beans for me to take home (I'm near tears with joy over this part). I will never buy whole bean from another place as long as I live here. Thank you and I'm sorry it has taken me almost a year to find you.

My daughter and I were walking through down town, going wedding dress shopping and neither of us had ever been in Cabin Coffee, so when we saw on the sign they had a lunch menu we decided to stop in and try it. Food was amazing. Service with a smile. All the staff was so nice. Excellent customer service.
Only been here a couple times but the staff is amazing. A great place to relax and I will become a regular here on my lunch breaks. Good coffee and good sandwiches!!!

The Chai Lattes were incredible the two days I had them. The interior was quite relaxing. And the staff were very friendly.
The areas best coffee shop! Cathy invited me to stop by and give me some samples. I was expecting a little baggie or something, but when I got there she LOADED me up with all kinds of flavors! Such a generous business and they definitely know how to win customer loyalty. I just tried my first sample, Dark Brazil, let's just say I know where I am getting my coffee forever! It's glorious!
I love the atmosphere of this place. I also have used the meeting room for a seminar and it is a great space as well. The owners are very passionate about coffee and it shows. I was amazed at how much I did not know about coffee and why/how their coffee is so much better than others.

I love Cabin Coffee Co! When I am in LA Crosse visiting my brothers, Cabin Coffee is one of my first stops. Great cold brewed coffee.
Excellent experience! Friendly staff! It was cold outside (I was walking around waiting for my windshield to get fixed), & I was pleasantly surprised to see that even with CoVid, they were open for dine in. I was even more surprised to find they had gluten-free options (I have Celiac). The food was cooked perfectly, the decor was so inviting & the service was wonderful! Will definitely be giving them my business again! 😁
Absolutely a great, welcoming team of folks working here! Deborah had me laughing the entire time I was looking over the menu. She’s quite a comedian and I’m very grateful to have had her assistance with my first visit to Cabin Coffee Co. A lot of options for food and drinks. Cheers to all the staff!
I have been a Cabin Coffee fan for years. The high standards of their quality service and coffee is second to none. The proof of their standards is the years and years of proven service and "customer-first" attitude. They get my business because they deserve it. Period. Beyond coffee the food catering for business meeting is always an amazing experience for both my staff and our clients. PS try a dirty chi you wont be disappointed

Reviewing just the coffee, solid 4. It's nice they offer cold brew, I haven't seen any other shops offer cold brew. All their coffee is good.
One of the few coffee shops that has in door seating during this crazy pandemic. Thank you for that.
