The staff was really nice and efficient. I was served quickly without any wait time. They even called out my name twice before moving on to someone else. They don't do that at other places I visit.

Been here twice. Had a vanilla iced coffee the first time and second time espresso frapp with Java chips. Very satisfied with both drinks.
They were out if dark roast brewed coffee & the gentleman there offered a pour over for me! That's great customer service!!
Average speed service on drive thru, good beverages, but the baristas are a bit crass. I have stopped by twice in the past two weeks and two different baristas have not so great manners. Maybe a course in politeness would help? I know some of these employees are quite young, but man, no excuses for
