My Wife just loves their Chicken Taco Salad and I enjoy their Burritos. Seems like one of the healthier choices in fast food. Always fresh! Good Parking too.

Had the weirdest looking order, chicken is shredded like never before and my avocado is dark, the bowl looks like was sitting for hours before used
We went through the drive thru before 9pm. I'm not sure on the circumstances, maybe the headset doesn't work speaker malfunction or just too much noise. It was hard for the girl to hear my order
Had the tostada bowl with chicken. Basically a salad in a tortilla bowl. It was better the I anticipated. I would order it again. Chicken was grilled and had a good taste. It was filling, but not did not make me feel heavy after I was done. Not greasy.

I love my La Habra Pollo loco always good fast service to go or to dine in. So glad they took out the salsa bar that was a mess
Excellent but corn tortillas fell apart which usually means there not fresh. Usually get a red tomatoe salsa with it but didnt receive any. It's possible that we needed to ask for it. It use to be included without asking. Always love the flavor of the chicken.
Friendly cashier ... Cole slaw was especially good
People at the window don't speak or even say Thank you. Use a robot because I expect that but not from a person who doesn't have people person attitude. Love what you do if not quit
Carlos, at the drive thru, has the best customer service!!! Went there for a quick bite and handled my family’s order perfectly with a smile all while multitasking with other orders. Definitely deserves recognition and a raise! Thank you Carlos, you’re doing a great job
