Hate that even if it's not busy at all no one on the drive thru or inside the restaurant they still make you use the screen.
Today was Taco Tuesday and it's free Doritos tacos every Tuesday for the next 4 weeks so I got my 🌮.
I had food for dine in they still put in a paper bag and all their new wrappers are made out of this cheap paper that the food sticks to and you have to peel it off. They need to do something about the teens with their skateboards, they ride them in the store, they go get a cup of water sit at the machine and just drink sodas,they start doing tricks inside and nobody does anything about it.
I love Taco Bell. I haven’t been to one in a very long time. Maybe it’s just me, but the tacos seemed smaller.lol. Still, the tacos are just as delicious as always.

Aside from them running out of Mexican pizzas already,they also stopped serving party nachos. I had ordered nachos bell Grande and a combo for 3 doritos locos tacos,but the server at the drive through suggested an alternative combo that would be less expensive. I just went with it,not realizing that it had a few less items than my originally intended order. At the pick-up window,I double checked what was in the combo,and confirmed that it was the nachos with 1 taco,instead of 3,and mentioned that I'd like my original order.
Long story short,they got me for a 2 combos instead of 1. I think she meant well,but didn't understand why they would make a recommendation that has less items than what I was originally order,just confusing
Service is fast and friendly. Food is always cooked as ordered nothing tastes like its been sitting around tanning. Staff is friendly and personable.
Was sent through the drive-thru to pick up dinner for 9 people on International Taco Day. Not only did I get 24 items for under $30. My time at the window from payment to driving away was 4 minutes!!! That's some impressive fast food service!
These people really care, it's almost surreal how genuinely friendly and consistent the drive thru staff are. Food *always A+* and service appreciated during this pandemic especially!

They gave me the wrong order and then refunded me for it and gave me my original order. I got to keep the other order for free. Great experience, definitely hope Taco Bell screws up my order again so I get more free food.
Just love their 88% pure beef and 12% secret recipe flavored ground beef. There taco sauce is also the very best among the fast food chains! The mild and the hot sauces have the best tastes, the other varieties are unique tastes...
