The Shores Restaurant - La Jolla - Photo album

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in all of SD. This restaurant is right on the shores and has a beautiful view from all spots in the restaurant. You might even see a dolphin or two while you eat! I recommend sitting near the window or down on the lawn for a great view and vibe . The drinks
Wow this place was wonderful! Heather was a wonderful server and provided us with great service and delicious food. We ordered the bottomless mimosas, and breakfast mules for drinks and dined on the Baja Shrimp Cocktail that was plentiful and delicious along with the Steak and Eggs for my love and I
Was really good talking with Savannah and Jimmy at the bar. They are good people. Got the lemonade and ceviche with roasted jalepeños. The seafood was fresh and the extra heat from the peppers was a perfect pairing. This is a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy a good convo. Next time I will t
Opting for a late breakfast, we found the place to be sparsely populated with only a few other patrons. Securing a table by the expansive picture windows, our experience felt akin to having breakfast right on the beach. Both the food and service were excellent, and the prices were reasonable, especi
We went there to celebrate my son's birthday. We were a large group and they accommodated all of us very well, The sunsets view were amazing, beautiful place...
Beautiful ocean front dining, casual atmosphere. What keeps us coming back for weekend brunch is the live music. Tim the musician plays all the hits you know and love. It’s our favorite and the best brunch spot in San Diego.
Limited breakfast menu but the chilaquiles was good with crispy tortillas. We went on a Monday morning so it was nice and quiet inside the bar dining area. There's a great view of L Jolla Shores too.
This place s a great spot to enjoy the sunset. I had the steak, which was very good. Also had a mudpie which was very good also.
Stopped for a cocktail and nosh for the fantastic view. Was not disappointed! Cocktails were yummy and ahi tuna was delish. View was not to be beat as bartenders were in a lower area so as not to obstruct view of the ocean.
I came here to experience the beach, but I was pleasantly surprised to see this restaurant. They had happy hour going on. The tuna pictured below was amazing. It was well seasoned and flavorful. The happy hour special was decently priced at $7 which was a real treat. The fries although sliced a litt
Ho boy those fish tacos. If you can't stand any spice, don't get em. Then, get some coffee, walk out on the beach and watch the sun come down.
We had a late breakfast. There were only a few others in the place. We had a table next to the huge picture windows , so it was like having breakfast on the beach. The food and service were great. The prices were reasonable considering the location.
We walked down from the Birch Aquarium in November in hopes of finding dinner with a view on the spur of the moment, and we had a wonderful evening here. Great cocktails, perfect location on the beach and surprisingly great food. I had the best poke bowl ever and my husband really enjoyed the sala
Great atmosphere during the week. Service was amazing. Food was good but not the best. Nice place to get a ocean view. Food needed more seasoning. Big portions! Came here during the fall on a Tuesday. No people :)
We were celebrating a special day at the Shores restaurant and had a wonderful time: the food was delicious, the wine was excellent, gracious hostess Nora, attentive waiter and spectacular views. Thank you so much for making our day so special.
Suzanna was beautifully warm and kind and offered great service. We just popped in for martinis and a nosh so opted for the mussels...top 5 dish in my almost 50 years of life. No other mussels had compared to the ones in Ireland until having this dish last night. It's a must try! Dirty martini for
