Living in Pacific beach there's not too many options for Chinese food. If you're looking for a quick fix or a holdover till you can get some quality sit down Chinese food than Panda Express is a good option.
As I was checking out after placing an order, I realized that there was no way my to-go box would fit in my backpack for the long bike ride home, but the cashier - Isabella - was kind enough to repackage the order in several smaller boxes. She could have easily been annoyed by having to completely repackage the order, but she had a positive & genuinely helpful attitude. It might seem like a small detail, but the contagiously positive attitude makes all the difference for the customer experience. Thanks Isabella!
Decent foods, they make it fresh pretty regularly. That's really good. Not as busy as some of the other Panda Express stores, so that's a plus. Only issue is that happens to be inside a Vons but that's not really a big deal. Great customer service here as well. Lots of parking outside. Pretty easy to access the highway too.
Not only a yummy place to eat, and one of the better tasting Panda's (IMO), but the staff is also amazing. Lost my earring today and began backtracking all of the places I went and called this location to see if anyone had turned my earring in. The staff pulled up their camera footage from earlier in the day to let me know that I still had my earring on at the time of my visit! Without even asking, they went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate the effort. Thank you Gabby for all of your time and help! You are sincerely appreciated :)
I’ve come to this panda for the few months on my lunch breaks and I have to say I’ve never had a bad experience here. The service is always with a smile and even during slammed times I’ve seen manger gabriela keep a smooth flow of orders going out. The lobby is always cleaned there’s never a plane I wouldn’t sit to eat .

The food here is excellent, they always offer to make fresh food for when items on the menu are not shown on the table. They offer free small drinks when the guests are waiting and always makes sure the customers are satisfied when they verbally express their nonsatifaction.
Uncomplicated ordering process, efficient and friendly staff, food is always fresh. Better than most other Panda express locations I've been to.
Filling and inexpensive! Also great for carb loading if you're a runner and have a race the next day. I've set many PRs off of Panda
Great pande express with good employees for the mostpart however, is a commonplace for the middleschoolers after school.
Excellent price. Good customer service. Nice and clean. Has all of the classic Panda Express dishes you're looking for.
The location looks very nice , the food was better than at other Pandas , the staff was very friendly, especially Veronica, she was very attentive and sweet. Very pleased with this Panda.
