Decent, but paid $12 for a turkey sandwich with avocado, that's a bit too rich for my blood.
UPDATE: The sandwich is about a foot long and with the chips I was pretty full. I had the Spicy Turkey Avocado Jack sandwich with chips and my total was $11.92.

Grab & Go makes their own Northeast style Italian rolls and their ingredients are premium.
Although they close at 3:00 p.m. get there a little earlier before they put their ingredients away for closing.

Grab n go makes a solid sandwich at a very reasonable price and served super fast. I've been going to the Murphy Canyon location for years due to its proximity to my employer and not once have I been disappointed. My go-to is the turkey and provolone with jalapeños added. Delish

Best subs around Kearny Mesa. I like it more than Jersey Mike's. A little pricey but I always make the sub last two lunches. Turkey/Provolone is on point.

It's a chain but very friendly staff, and one of my favorite subs the grilled cheese feta. Minor complaint that there's little thought to seating and being comfortable but whatever!
