Had the tuna sandwich and a strawberry shake. I was a little skeptical at first since I didn't see anyone else eating there and it seemed really small, but the food spoke for itself. Everything I had was super fresh and the shake had real strawberries. Also met the new owner, Lydia, who was very nice. Would recommend!!
This place is the best! I work in La Jolla and drive to bird rock at least once a week for the turkey bacon sandwich. I have to say it may be the best sandwich I have ever had. I definitely recommend this place for anything on the menu especially the yogurt and sandwiches!
We tried GYROS sandwich and Chicken Quinoa Salad. Both came in gregarious and were very healthy. The Quinoa Salad was one of the best I ever had.
The staff were very nice and offered to make us a Panini while it was not in the menu.
Everyone at our office in Bird Rock Loves the tasty lunch choices! Best salad I have ever had. I recommend it to anyone in the area.
