Hope that girl that got the cups dropped on her is okay. I've eaten Jack in Box a lot of times in a lot of places and the food at this one was especially well made. The fries especially were so seasoned and I loved it.

I love Jack. But I really love the Genessee Ave @ Derrick st location. Good prices for pretty decent food. Not sure what it is about those tacos that keeps me ordering them.
I love their buttery jack, it's so good and the portion is large enough for me to finish. I also tried their new$3 loaded fries which is also great because the portion is good enough for that price and the quality is good too

It was a pleasant experience, but all orders were being processed as "to go" orders. Was not asked if was for here. Food order was correct. Tables were not cleaned in a timely matter, but then again it was the lunch hour rush. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Too expensive for the quality
I get the chocolate shakes, chicken sandwiches, and jalapeno poppers usually. They're so busy it's usually fresh and delicious. They gave me a bunch of jalapeno poppers they had left over, cuz I ordered so much food one time. They're always nice and quick.
I usually have a great experience at this Jack in the box but lately they have been giving attitude and being shiesty with the sauces. Who tells you that you can only have 3 buttermilks and you just purchased a bunch of items from here? Anyways I have had some good and bad customer service here.
Ordered today on June 7th 4:50pm. A guy named Huego took my order and was very friendly and upbeat. Great customer service & the food was good too!
I go here so often that I can no longer taste their food (well almost).

My favorite Jack in San Diego. I don't know who the franchisee is but he/she knows how to hire good people!! I never had a complaint. I would bring my laptop, a movie on DVD and eat and watch. Employees would clean around me politely and never chased me off. I always went on my days off from caring
