beef bahn mi sandwich was 10/10. beef was fresh, juicy, and cooked perfect. the bread was fresh.

I had a wonderful lunch here. Service was great and the PHO is the best I've ever had. They were very polite and accommodating. Very reasonable prices, and large portions.
*Update* I've been back many times and this remains my go to Pho place. I have noticed the To go portion seems to have shrink a bit and they no longer sell $1 extra cups of broth, now it's $3-$5 (can't remember)
On November 3rd, 2022 a few of us came here to eat! Conveniently located in the mini mall of Mission Gorge Road where Vons & Banfield Pet Hospital is located. Pho Rare Steak is my favorite dish & their spring rolls are sooo deliciously close to that of lumpia (my effing fav of favz) that I highly recommend them!!! Mmm now I'm craving this again!!!
My new favorite spot in town for pho (especially after hiking Cowles down the road). The spring rolls were super fresh, the owners are incredibly nice, and it is a great value. The brisket and rare beef pho are so flavorful that I can't wait to return.
Casual dining at its best! Fast and friendly service, and the food is delicious. The pho is tasty, and even the regular size is more than enough. The spring rolls are fresh and crisp, served with tasty peanut sauce.
Very delicious!!!! Vermicelli with shrimp, pork and chicken is fantastic!!!!! And garlic sauce is rock!!!Highly recommend.

Great price! Great taste! Servings could be bigger. Overall it's a nice place if you want something quick, tasty and affordable. They are very friendly too.
Let me start by saying I don't leave Reviews ever, but the food was so good at Pho Xpress I had to. This was my 1st time here and I was so pleased. The service was Great friendly and polite, the restaurant was clean and welcoming tho I took my food to go. I had the Pork Fried Rice, Egg rolls, and my partner had Mongolian Beef. The pork was delicious and tender, the beef was mouth watering with the perfect amount of spice not to spicy just right! The Egg Rolls were delicious and crunchy. I was delightfully shocked. I will be back.
