I've been going to Vallarta in La Mesa ever since they opened. My favorite is the Pollo Quesodia. But all too often the item isn't cooked/warmed long enough to melt the cheese. So when you pick up the tortilla sections the chicken falls out. Maybe they aren't putting much cheese in the tortilla now.
Very kind and nice customer service, the chilaquiles was superb. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, one of my favorites for sure.
