I loved the place. The one of the owners is amazing. I haven’t met the other. Super friendly and busy. They are new and going through the kinks. But they let you know that. Best sandwich place in town.
I went to the Gilroy location for lunch today, the line was almost to the door and I was close to turning around because I was only on my lunch break. I’m so glad I didn’t leave. The employees were very friendly and my sandwich was in my hands within 5 min. This was my first time eating at jersey mikes and I must say I’m impressed. Best sandwich I’ve had in years! WILL BE BACK SOON!
My new sandwich spot, move over Togos!
We had a coupon for buy a regular sub and get one free!! Awesome!! Love their coupons!! Their bread is always fresh and soft 😋. Everyone was wearing a mask 😷. Plus the employees stop you if don't and you can't come in the place. Their subs are really good too!!
Update**
If you go when it’s busy, the service goes down. They rush you through while they try to do everything fast and forget what you literally just told them about your sandwich.
Also, Tip: tell them you want it Togo otherwise they will charge you more to eat in.
This is a good location. And the store is clean. Jersey Mikes is in my top 3 of sub shops. If they had more options for ingredients, and they subs weren’t priced so high I would enjoy it more.
Sandwiches have good flavor. Only thing that sucked was my coupon not working even though it didn't expire till a month from the day I wanted to use it.
So good that we will probably never go back to Subway. Ever...Original Italian is absolutely wonderful. Always go with mike's way and just enjoy a excellent sandwich...
First time I've ever been here and BEST sandwich, excellent customer service and extremely nice atmosphere and music.
Very nice store. No indoor dining at the moment due to coronavirus restrictions, but you can order inside or ahead of time. Food is fresh and the staff is pleasant.
Great communication skills, customer service and noticeable talent. If you got time to lean you got time to clean. Spotless! Now that dining in (is out) does it make sense to share resources and combine multi-tenant restaurants under one roof? Remember the KFC / Taco Bell / Pizza Hut in Coronado?
