Today 11/12 around noon. They had the best crew. Food is always good but often wrapped sloppy making you have to reconstruct your sandwich...today 110% spot on!

This is the first whataburger that I have visited and the customer service is exceptional. Chris took my order and he was very polite! The service was fast as well, I waited less than 5 minutes to receive my order. Most importantly, my burger was made as requested.

Ordered curbside pickup but after checking in and waiting for 10 minutes my food was not brought out. I had to go inside and pickup my order. It was just sitting there ready so it did get a bit cold. I’ve had a few issues with this location and curbside orders before. It seems like they’ve been having service issues for some time now. Hopefully this gets fixed eventually. The food here is a hit or miss.

As an employee of 2 years altogether I'll admit we have our problems but each one leads to us trying our hardest to get your meal out perfectly and timely I love the people I've had the opportunity to work with and the customers are all great

I usually rave about Sonic but lately they've been a little off. Recently, we've had breakfast burritos and a hot dog and tots--none of which were up to their usual excellent taste. I'm very sad and disappointed and don't know what I'm going to do. Maybe try a different state! (From Illinois originally)

Great drive thru customer service. Drive thru cashier by the name of Kaylee was polite and friendly. Thank you for being patient with us while we looked at the menu.

Food was good, front register was cool, but it took them 20 minutes to make my 1 burger and fries with only 5 people in the dinning area. Manager said the reason for long wait on 1 burger and fries is cause of drive through. So please know according to manager if drive through is busy expect to wait more than 20 minutes for ur food no matter if there is only 1 customer in store

If your employees are not happy, they do have choices... work and be happy or quit. No need to take it out on customers. The lady in the lobby this morning 0830 at the register was not helpful nor people friendly. Perhaps more training in people skills.

Whataburgers are still good.. prices increased. see different faces working every time I go there. Places are clean.

First time stopping here and the customer service was phenomenal! Friendly people, smiles, all things I thought were forgotten nowadays! From now on I'll just cross the bridge to go to this Whataburger instead of the one closer to me just because it's SO nice to be treated with kindness! Great job yall!

This is the only place that you can get a Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit sandwich and A Breakfasts Bowl!! WhatAburger is only found down South!!
