I had the best burger of any fast food restaurant I have been to. The lettuce was super fresh that it crunched. The burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I will 100% come back to this Jack in the Box. It is the best in the Houston area
Always happy to be here. I weirdly exist because of Jack in the Box haha. My Mother and Father met at Jack in the Box 38 yrs ago. So this restaurant is always a must while we're down south. Mostly because it's delicious, but it's also sentimental 😁.
Corporate needs to bring back the Xmas ornaments, and the Sriracha Burger!
It's a great place f9r a quick treat but you can tell another of the people who answer the speaker except you to know what you want just wish they didn't try to cut you off after ordering just one thing but most of the employees are great
I work at Port Houston and go to Jack in the Box off Hwy 146 often enough. The Girl at the drive thru window, I believe her name is Jessica is very sweet. Shes always smiled and very kind everytime Ive ordered food through the drive thru. That girl needs a raise, ive never seen her not smiling and providing good customer service.
This is my local jack in the box and it never lets me down. I always order on the app for carry out. The employees are always helpful and nice. The food is always hot and never cold. They always get my order right and ready on time.

fries were awesome, southern dressing tasted good too, I liked the burgers. woke up in the middle of tge night because of stomach pain, not sure if it's because of this or not. still good food though 👍
Thank you my local Jack In the box for hiring Honorable staff. I went thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered food and payed with my debit card. My food was great I got home and gobbled it all up. Today though I was making a purchase and noticed I was missing my debit card. I remember the last time I bought something was at Jack in the box so I drove there and went inside and asked the gentlemen if they possibly had my debit card there since if I remember correctly it wasn’t handed back to me after yesterday’s purchase. Luckily yes they had my debit card their and I appreciate them hanging on to it and doing the right thing and keeping it safe for me. I’m sure not every fast food place can say the same.
Stopped for breakfast got out of line to save time. Wrong there were only 3 people working. Outside long inside longer. The manger said Nobody else open cause the lines were busy 😧😧sir more revenue for you.Next time Staff better.
The best service at 2am. Super Clean Lady changed Gloves after cleaning up the counter area and Super Nice. Perfect in this Pandemic Time.. A must come too Drive thru. Best experience at a Jack in the box I've ever had.
Fast food is fast food but what makes this place great is I always get excellent service from the drive-thru.
This was a good experience. Gave only 4 stars because there was not any exceptional services. We went through drive through. Food was received within reasonable time and person was nice. Food was hot and tasted good. I would visit here again.
