I'm a Lyft driver and I met the manager on her way to work this morning.
I was so impressed by her friendly demeanor that instead of getting my coffee and breakfast at "another place", I went thru their drive thru and ordered a cold brew, a breakfast burrito w chorizo and a chocolate croissant and
I absolutely love this Coffee Bean. I am obsessed with the Matcha latte and it’s made to perfection. Every single time the consistency is amazing! And Madeline is the best barista. Super fast and kind.
My wife and I have another well-known brand right next to our house but we drive to this Coffee Bean location instead!
Tastes great, the drinks are almost always perfectly made, and just such cool flavor combos for the seasons.
We've never hung out in the lobby, since we always order on the app. D
Absolutely one of the best coffee houses around. Their coffee does not have the slightly metal aftertaste of the others and the "friendly" service perfect
Best Danish and Mocha frappe I've ever had, be prepared to wait (it's worth it) store seems to be ran by only two people at times.
Decent coffee that can be purchased through an app if you're in a hurry. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's warm, sometimes the service is friendly, sometimes it's not.
I ordered 2 iced lattes, one vanilla, one white chocolate. They both were very good! Also got a blueberry muffin and an everything bagel toasted. I will say the bagel took a while to come out but everything tasted great!
Love the Coffee bean so much more than ANY Starbucks!! Their coffee is great and their breakfast is delicious! I always get the Ham egg and cheese brioche or the chorizo burrito!
They have never failed to deliver excellent customer service. My drinks are always perfect.
Love the vietnamese cold brew but needs to have less ice. I'll remember to order less ice next time otherwise the large for 4 bucks lasts all of 5 minutes and it's gone. Stopped at another location in palm desert and got one with 2 add shots. I'm not tired anymore. Lol. Very rich and flavorful!
Tried the mango ice blended drink (with almond milk) and have to say it's a great and refreshing drink.
I love Coffee Bean. However, the wait is very long. Drive thru pace needs improvement. There could be 3 vehicles in front of me, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the order booth. I've been to other locations such as the coffee bean in West Los Angeles/off of Palms, the barista's are quick and fast
Always enjoyable. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

Festival weekends are always crazy out here and the staff at this location handles it so well. The are happy and courteous, friendly and helpful. Coffee Bean has the absolute best blended espresso drinks too, one of my favorite places to go while visiting Palm Desert.
