My wife and I came for a surf and turf class on Valentine's Day and it was fantastic. The food was terrific (honestly as good as many local restaurants around here) and we learned a lot along the way. The structure of the class allows you to watch how the chefs prepare the food as they explain every part of the process. You can ask any questions you want. Some of the most valuable cooking insight for us was the little details like how they apply olive oil to steak using an oil mister or the differences between kosher salt and pink himalayan salt. The whole experience took around 3 hours. We will definitely be back.

This was a blast, and the instructor was very patient with our group and questions. Star of the show was the almond cake!
