manager is rude to coustmers and her own staff. embarrassing work place
Ordered through the app to make it easier... so I thought. Get to restaurant they tell me they are out of 2 items. The manager tells me that to get a refund I need to go through the app. I then get home with the food I did get and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was wrong. Not even worth my time to go back to the
I assume they are reqlly short staffed. Drive thru took 25± min and there was only 2 cars in front of us. I wont knock too many stars, because they did apologize for the wait, and the woman was nice. Quality was also not that great, but again i think they were trying to go as fast as they could.
I really enjoyed the chicken sliders😋
The phone is ALWAYS offline so you can't call and order ahead or check to see if they are open. They also have a Manager who is very rude. Instead of politely stating what's going on, she has an attitude with the customers when asked a question. Then she had the nerve to try and bless my day..smh..
Food was ok. Would have preferred if my curly fries were hot.
Went through drive Through. Wait was a bit long, but a lot of places are dealing with getting help, so they were short handed. Lady at the window was very nice. Food was fresh & good.
Always fresh always delicious. Only place with REAL mozzarella sticks. #bossmoves
