So I was working in the area and I kept seeing this place... and not seeing a place like this in my area I decided to take some of the guys to lunch... Was a good choice... First thing I noticed walking in was how clean the place was.. not a thing out of place...that's a good sign...the people were
Had a half meatball. Meatball and sauce were amazing!! Only knock was the bun. Not that it was bad, because it was soft and fresh, and delicious. Problem is, those buns are not meant for meatball sandwiches. Meconi's needs to investigate a sourse for Amorosa buns (talk to Go Philly in Lakewood).
Quick and delicious. I recommend the Combo "Cosmo'd". Great sandwich, always quality ingredients. Nice patio for outdoor dining too!

I came here for lunch and ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Salad, which chicken. It was out of this world!!! They're really good about customizing your order, and I'm not a fan of peppers and olives. They removed them no problem. I'm really looking forward to going here again soon!

We were in the area on Tuesday, 4/19, and decided to stop in. We used to eat at the old Meconi's from many years back, and they had the best sandwiches anywhere. I can't say that the sandwiches we had the other day, at Hawk's Prairie were anywhere close to resembling what Meconi's used to be known
