I’ve dined in and done take out here on multiple occasions. The Pho tastes great even if you get the tofu one they fry it to give it texture and you can choose from meat broth or veggie. The drinks are also equally as awesome. If you’re in town definitely give it a try very nice staff.

Got two to-go orders of Pho and the meat came completely raw, not just a little undercooked, completely red. I don't usually do review but just because I spend $80 on food from here😑. The spring rolls was awful & uneven. Tried to unwrap it and it all broke apart. The noodle was hard also to me it seem old. We order a couple large pho and there was barley enough meat.

Now, like me, you might suspect that a restaurant named after beef soup would struggle with vegetarian options. THEY DO NOT. I honestly wish I'd known about their tofu with veggie broth option back when I still ate cows. I'm serious, even if you eat a meaty option, try it with the veggie broth.
