I get usually the biggest one that they have. I like to try all the different flavors. This is the ultimate comfort food. I love the mix and match and the different topping. Hard to stay in shape when I love their ice cream. š
I canāt at enough amazing things about the crew working tonight!!! We had gone to Red Robin to celebrate my 9 year olds birthday and he was heart broken when they didnāt have ice cream and wouldnāt sing him happy birthday due to short staff. So we decided to try our luck at at cold stone even with a packed house they took 2 mins of their time to stop what they were doing and sing him happy birthday and make his night!!! Thank you guys so much ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
Had a great time! Emma was so helpful and nice, made our experience wonderful! Very clean and a good friendly icecream spot to take the kids!

First timers to cold stone! Friday I online ordered a Specialty birthday cake for my sons 22nd bday, choose delivery (being that Iām in Texas and my son is stationed in Washington I needed delivery) late Monday night I received a āDelivery FAILED messageā in a panic I called Cold Stone directly and spoke with Latisha and she was quick to help with the problemā¦ Loaded up the cake in her personal vehicle and delivered it within 30 mins and sent me pictures and updated me on the deliveryā¦ I offered to compensate her for her time and efforts all which she graciously declined. A complete stranger going above and beyond is far and few these days, HUGE HUGE THANK YOU!! Hopefully Cold Stone recognizes what a stellar employee they have.. this truly saved the day. #doordash really needs to re-evaluate and do better I know itās hard to find employees and I know no one is perfect but when dealing with the fact this maybe someoneās dinner theyāre failing to deliver Door dash should not be trying to do so much if youāre going to leave people hanging like this. All is well that ends well tho!
