Wow this place is special. After moving to Washington from Chicago, I learned quickly that a Teriyaki restaurant is a dime a dozen, but Toto’s teriyaki is a gem!
They take special care in cooking up their food to order and it has a home cooked meal quality to it. Amazing consistent food on regula
I've been going here for 10 years and I won't stop coming back! The owners are the sweetest couple and they truly are a part of my growth as a person (including their food!) Fast delivery and great, quality food.
Food wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't good. I paid cash on a takeout order and the lady didn't give me my change. It sounded like she uttered "cheap" under her breathe too expecting me to tip more than the .97 cents she didn't give back to me on a takeout order.

I love the place, The Food and the Staff. They're just lovely all around, Couldn't recommend them enough. If you have the chance to take out some food I say go for it and you won't be disappointed.

We asked for our money back, and were told this is normal for their katsu. My total came out to $15.80 plus tip,
Had been here previously and the food was pretty good visited a second time and again not bad but my wife got either food poisoning or a really bad reaction to MSG and was violently sick for a couple of days. Definitely hesitating to take a chance and go back.
Honestly, probably the worst teriyaki spot I ate at. I got a yakisoba and the APPETIZER kimchi, my total came to be $18 for two items. First of all the kimchi is only $3 and yakisoba is 7.95 how does that equal $18? Let me add that the noodles they used were SPAGHETTI noodles. Trash. Just trash. Nev
