Went for a late lunch on a week day. Seemed like there was one, maybe two people working, but food arrived promptly. Good service, good food, (I had the Torta Asada, Kathie had a burrito), and the place was clean and nicely decorated. I plan to visit again.
This is about the most authentic tasting Mexican food truck I know. I ordered the 3 tacos plate and my husband ordered the chicken fajitas salad. Took a little bit to find it from DuPont but it was worth it.

Had to lower rating, lately this place has been hit or miss. We been testing out one taco before we order more.
They are generally good. My family ordered from them once a week for the last few months. Their tacos tend towards spicy.
I am giving a two star review because if you order online you have a 1/3 chance they just ignore any notes you leave. As a parent of kids with stomach issues that was frustratin

If you search El Taco Amigo, it is recommended to Order Online. DON'T. They will take your payment, but refuse service. See the same complaint in a review from three weeks ago. The money has been deducted from my account, but El Taco Amigo states that they don't accept online orders any longer. Obvi
My only complaint is the consistency. When the California Burrito is on point and nicely proportioned and rolled right and that salsa has extra fire 🔥 it dam well might be the best meal in this town.
