We enjoy Moe’s but now that Chipotle is here, its a tossup. The owner here changed the hours to 11am opening… normally a great, hardworking staff!! Food is good too…

We ordered food here at around 6pm on 7/05/23 and the customer service was EXCELLENT. There were three people that helped us ( I wish I could remember their names) and they were the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. You can tell they take pride in their work. Super professional and very welcoming. It was noticeable enough that I HAD to leave a review because they really did go above and beyond. We will be regulars now. Thank you!
Enjoyed a TMobile BOGO Burrito. Good food, but several ingredient options were unavailable (they were out of them). What we got was good.
I highly recommend this Moe's! I had a very nice experience ordering and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered take-out and got to the checkout but for some reason, my card was acting up and I didn't have cash on me so the cashier paid for my meal. I don't remember her name but she knows who she is! She deserves a pay increase! The world needs more people like her. I appreciate it more than anything. Thank you!
I meant to take a picture of my food - but I was so hungry that I forgot! Moe's is always a treat. They have more topping options for their burritos/bowls than Chipotle. And their chicken outranks Chipotle's in tenderness and seasoning. I also love their complimentary tortilla chips! Delicious! 🤤
This location has a few tables outdoors for those who still avoid indoor seating and hand sanitizer at the door. 👍Great food. Fast service.
Yummy burritos.. moes Mondays $6.99 for a burrito, chips n drink with salsa bar and Guacamole.. 2 different flavors of chicken, steak, tofu, queso, black and pinto, all kinds of toppings including pico, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno (fresh and pickled) lettuce, onions, tomatoes, olives, corn salsa, and lots more. Ask for the burrito to be grilled after if it's not busy..
The food is good. The menu is a little limited but it's a make your own additions (have it your way). A little pricey but they give you plenty of food.
Moe’s Southwest Grill is delicious! Have been going for years and the food is always good. Love Moe mondays you get a discount and a drink with a burrito highly recommend that. I consider chipotle as their main competitor so give it a try and let the price and food speak for itself. 5/5 highly recommend Moe’s
UPDATE: went on Monday and employees and manager were pretty rude wouldn’t double wrap our burritos even after we offered to paid. Gonna start going to Ocala location from now on do better

Moes has really good food and good service . Unfortunately they will not be offering the pork as a meat option any more so I will not be eating at moes any longer. I thought the pork was the best. Sorry Moe's you just lost a customer.
Very surprised at how big and well presented the meal kits were! Definitely was not expecting that! Order thru the app and was ready when I got there. Great food, great service
Outstanding portion considering economical price. Like most restaurants, however, why 2 doors if only one opens? And why do mysterious people who don't even eat at restaurants smoke cigarettes at the entrances? Perhaps just another conspiracy...
I'd recommend dine in. My GPS took me to the wrong place, I'm currently traveling and from out of state, so I got to my food an hour after it was ready. Not Moe's fault, but still recommend dining in for a fresh meal.
Very clean and helpful people. You choose what you want to put on it. Very nice atmosphere.
