We went with a huge party for a birthday a couple weeks ago and with this being my first time here at Carrabba's it was nice to go with others who had never been. First off the service from our server Justin was above and beyond! He was very attentive, gave great recommendations. The food was so fresh and it was an overwhelming great experience. I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu.
This was my first time eating here, and it was great. The food was delicious and the staff was great. The atmosphere is a low-key, almost romantic type vibe. I enjoyed everything, and I will definitely be dining here again.
The atmosphere is so chill. When I tell you it was my first time going there. My waitress Jess was so pleasant and knew what I wanted before I spoke it. She must have felt my vibe😁. Oh and thanks for the gift bag Jess!!!!
Carrabba’s Italian grill is a very solid choice no matter what town you are in. I travel frequently and no matter what I always try to have Italian food once in a blue moon. A very often choice for me is carrabbas. The lamb is amazing, the pasta is on point. And the bread is great too. I have ordered a few of their cocktails and never been disappointed either. I think they have a high expectation of their employees and provide an environment where it’s encouraging for employees to work hard. It shows. Very impressed for a chain establishment.
We had lunch at Carrabba's and Jason was our waiter. We ordered the Chicken Trio and Eggplant Parmesan. BOTH dishes were EXCELLENT!! Jason explained the menu to us THOROUGHLY and recommended things to us that we were not sure of. The food was absolutely perfection and the service was the BEST we have ever had...and we eat out quite a bit! The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was soft and elegant. We will definitely be back and we will be asking for JASON as our server!!
Visited here for the first time and my experience with my server Jason, was phenomenal!!! He was very attentive. He explained the menu from top to bottom. They seemed to be a bit short handed, but he still managed everything under control. My food came out on time and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Not to mention, first time visitors get freebies. I was given a free desert, a $10 gift card, a coupon for another desert, and more. Tell me it’s not work the try!
It was our first time dining at any Carrabba’s. The service was magnificent! Jason took excellent care of us. The food we had was amazing. The steak that was part of trio was top notch cooked to perfection ! It’s not very often the food looks just like is pictured on the menu but was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back.
We eat at Carrabba's at least once a week. The service is amazing. Jason was our server tonight and went above and beyond to make us and our dog, Matilda, comfortable on their lovely "front porch" outside dining area. But all of our servers and the entire staff make her (and us) feel comfortable. Please keep serving the Calabrian wings and Pasta Carbonara! When we are in a keto mood, the shrimp Scampi with a side of broccoli along with the BEST Caesar Salad in Lafayette really does it right.
A great place to dine with your significant other. It’s classy and the service is great.
I think some of the menu items aren’t worth the price , but our food was very good.
The manager even came check on us to ensure our first time there was a good time.
It is a Great place to eat, but the prices are pretty high. But the staff and restaurant are really nice and patient.
Starting off, the service is good! I loved the staff especially the to-go staff guys. The food is really amazing! It was not overly seasoned but not bland either like other popular Italian chained restaurants. I got the classic trio which was fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken parm. It was delicious and only costed $27. I recommend this restaurant if you are visiting in Louisiana.
I had a great time! The atmosphere was lovely and accommodating. The manager greeted us and gave us a free dessert. The customer service was like none other. Our waitress was very kind. Every staff member was so polite. I will definitely be back. The calamari was the best I've ever had...no comparison!
We had a very nice birthday dinner here with family friends. They don't take reservations, but they accommodated our party of 8 without much problem because we got there half an hour early. Could have told me they do accept call-aheads. A couple people in our party didn't get their salads. But overall, it was a good experience and the food tasted great.
Walking in the ambience is just exquisite, nice smooth music. The server Jason asked if we had been here before, of course this was my first time. The drinks he recommended were incredible, the food was amazing to the point where we were just trying to taste everything and see how good it was and it blew our minds. 100/10 recommend
Our server Jason at the Lafayette location was absolutely amazing! We never once had to ask for anything, he was so attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better waiter, will definitely be asking to sit in his section again!
After six years and 50,000+ miles of living on the road in an RV and settling in Lafayette; we have experienced many waiters/waitresses... Today we had Jason and he is one of the best waiters we have ever had! GM Lupe strengthened his team with this hire!
