First time ordering I did an online order and arrived only to find they ran out of turkey and meatballs. I visited Fire House subs on Wednesday evening. I must say the food was awesome. Zoey was our server and she was so friendly.
The restaurant was mostly clean. The floors were sticky, as were several tables. My sandwich was good, but the Mac and cheese came out stone cold
The best customer service yet! Raekayla, was so patient & helpful while I spent so long deciding during my order. She was awesome! I wish I could give her a raise myself!
My only complaint was that the sandwich was a little on the heavy side with mayo and mustard. To the point where it drowned out everything else. Other than that it tasted good.
Got meals for the family. There's not a bad item on the menu. They have a large selection to choose from.
Food is always Great! Plus while we were there the employees were packing hundreds of lunches to take to the Crews working the damage in Lake Charles from Hurricane Laura! What a blessing!! Thank you firehouse!

Went here for both lunch and dinner as it was close to my hotel. They have a digital touchscreen soda machine too! Service was great and tasty sandwiches!
I have to say two of the best subs we ever had a the customer service was on point i asked the guy at the register what his favorite was and he said the brisket i order it and the meatball for my husband they were both amazing and tastie I can't get over how good they made them and the pickle spear
