Even though Chili's gets kind of a bad rep for being "reheated" food, it's by far one of my favorite restaurants to eat at regularly. Every item I've had tastes really good and you get more than a fair bargain with their prices, especially if you do a 3 for 10 or 2 for 25 promo. My service is more than fair every time I go and I always feel that I got my money's worth. In the single instance I got an ill-prepared burger, the parent corporation quickly send me coupons as compensation. I'll always have chili's on my list of places to eat!
We were here from our of state and stopped in for dinner since Chili's is our go to. We sat at the bar area and our server was nice and food came out fast. Everything looked and tasted delicious. I got shrimp tacos and my daughter got the cajun chicken pasta. We shared the skillet queso. It was all very good.
I placed an order online for Curbside pickup. Within 3 minutes of being in the parking lot my food was brought out. I got the Buffalo Wings and Big Mouth Bites with a house salad. The Buffalo wings were good but I personally prefer them to be crispy and not chewy. The Big Mouth Bites were ok. I wasn’t impressed with these. They were lacking in flavor. The House Salad was perfect. Overall I give it 👍. Thanks to the staff for everyones fast and friendly service.
The service I had here was PHENOMENAL!! I got the "3 for Me" that comes with a drink, appetizer, and entrée. Let me tell you, I did not have to wait for anything. Immediately when I was done eating my appetizer (a house salad) my cajun shrimp pasta came out nice and warm. I also didn't have to ask for a refill. My server came out with my drink when I was nearly done.

Visited at the right time. Not many customers, and it was nice to have staff easily accessible for our requests.
The food was hot, and the wait time was minimal.
I bellied up for a spicy chicken sandwich and a coke. It was what I just as I expected. It wasn't very busy there, but it took well over 20 minutes...the tender intimated it had been long dinner rush so I get it....she was pleasant and nice so it's hard to complain...
This Chilis made me want to come out more and more. Food was perfect . My shrimp pasta was seasoned perfectly. Henry came and checked on me and thanked me for coming. I felt welcomed and full . This is now my spot!
They was short of staff. They had one waiter for the whole building. So the manager came help out. The wait was long but the food was delicious.
The burgers, chips and salsa, and the Mac and cheese was delicious. The server was very attentive and polite.
Chillis On Pinhook Was Great The Food Was Cook As Expected The Bar Tender Guy Was all About Customer Service And Made Sure I Had Everything I Needed Even The Manager Mariah Checked On Me And Made Sure Everything Was Okay She Was A Nice Manager And Very Professional Highly Recommended And Will Definitely Be Back.
To tell you the truth, I have not ate at Chili's restaurant in years. We have one in Lake Charles, LA, however, I have not been back due to terrible service and the food just wasn't really great to bother going back. Our daughters were running a half marathon in Lafayette, LA and Chili's happen to be in the parking lot of their hotel, so after the race it was their pick to just walk over and eat. My pic would have been Outback, which was in the same parking out.
Chili's it was. Brian was our server. If he is working, ask for him. He was the bomb. Best server at any restaurant I have ever had. Never wrote anything down, we never asked for anything, and unremarkably the best SILENT SERVER. We had 7 in our party. Food that was ordered: Soup and Salad, Skillet Queso, 3 meat Fajitas. I would recommend all.
While I have not visited my local restaurant yet, based on my experience at this location, I may give it a try again. Perfect reason to have your GAME ON at all times or you lose out.
